WOW Vegas Review 2025 

WOW Vegas has enjoyed a rapid climb in the sweepstakes casino industry since its launch in 2022. This is down to many factors, including its generous range of casino bonuses. WOW Vegas Games Selection 

The casino games library at WOW Vegas is the biggest I’ve seen so far from a sweepstakes casino, with over 1,500 titles from leading providers like BGaming, Habanero and ICONIC21. With so many titles on offer, I wasn’t surprised to see virtually all gaming categories I could think of on the site including Bingo, Slingo, Megaways and more. Everything was neatly signposted as well, which made it much easier to get around.

Unfortunately, there are a couple of areas where the games library falls short. RTP rates are not provided in the lobby, which I feel should be standard for all online casinos, regardless of their business model. Besides this, while there are Live Casino games available, players looking to enjoy standard Table Games on their own time are out of luck. This was particularly disappointing to see given how big WOW Vegas’s library is overall.

You’ll need to create an account with WOW Vegas before you can view the library properly, but this is to be expected. In terms of the games themselves, most titles have an RTP rate of around 96%, which is also in line with the industry standard. Finally, you can access a wide variety of betting ranges from 0.1 coins to 120 coins per spin on Slots, although there are a number of games that go above this limit that are suited for players who prefer high-risk, high-reward gambling.

While WOW Vegas offers a great selection of standard games, I was even more impressed by the fact that the casino also provides a range of exclusive titles that have been developed by numerous powerful software developers just for WOW Vegas.

While the selection is small at around 7 titles at the time of writing, the fact that it exists is a big plus in itself. My personal favorites are WOW Rush, Coins of WOW Vegas and WOW Vegas Reels. Regardless of what you choose to enjoy, the Exclusive Games at WOW Vegas each offer an enjoyable experience, while also being just different enough to prevent the games from feeling stale.

Bingo

Bingo games are increasingly popular at both real money and risk-free online casinos, but WOW Vegas only recently launched its Bingo lobby back in 2024. As a result, this area of the website is much smaller than other game categories, but I fully expect WOW Vegas to expand its Bingo titles in future.

For now, there are around five 24/7 bingo lobbies supplied by Pragmatic Play, with entertaining gaming experiences throughout and prizes varying from room to room. Normally I would be disappointed by such a small showing, but the fact that WOW Vegas have already shown their intent by offering a small but solid selection is a very positive sign.

WOW Vegas Banking 

While real money purchases at WOW Vegas are completely optional thanks to its sweepstakes model, I really like the fact that WOW Vegas reinforced this at every turn when I signed up to the website. It’s one thing to follow legal rules because you have to, it’s another thing entirely to regularly remind players that spending money is optional.

If you do decide to spend money though, there are a very sizable number of payment options than most sweepstakes casinos can offer, with methods like JBC and Union Pay available in addition to the standard methods of Visa and Mastercard. The appearance of e-wallets like Skrill and Trustly was also a nice bonus as these allow for faster redemption than Bank Transfers.

Payment Options Overview

Your SC and WC balances can easily be found at the top of the screen, and the one you are currently using will be highlighted to avoid confusion. 

Redemptions take longer to complete than deposits at around 1-3 business days. Most online businesses will take a certain amount of time before they complete a withdrawal request though, so this is nothing to worry about. Plus, if you have unlocked VIP status, one of the many benefits on offer is faster withdrawals. Once I had unlocked this privilege, I received my winnings in less than 24 hours.

Is WOW Vegas Legit? 

MW Services Limited are known for ensuring their sites are fully compliant with all the relevant laws, and this is also true of WOW Vegas. All their T&Cs are listed on the website, and the company’s information is easy to find. Besides this, the casino also has a high Trustpilot rating, which shows its players hold it in high regard.

Besides this, several big-name iGaming developers can be found on the website, which is another good sign. Finally, the casino also employs standard KYC checks when you go to make a purchase, which helps protect underage players.

Company and Safety Review

Responsible Social Gameplay 

WOW Vegas has a variety of Responsible Gambling tools, which can easily be found and allow you a greater degree of control while also allowing for flexibility. These include “Purchase Limits” which can be set daily, monthly and weekly. This helps players stay in control of their spending habits.

For players who require more restrictive help, WOW Vegas allows players to request a temporary time-out of their choosing, during which time they will be unable to access the website. Although this locks you out permanently as expected, I really like the fact that it also prevents you from creating alternative accounts at a later date to circumvent this ban.

The customer support at WOW Vegas has numerous aspects to like. The Help Center is well categorized, allowing players to answer questions they may have in a fast and efficient manner without having to contact the support team.

Should you need to contact customer support, players can reach out via email and by social media. Interestingly enough, having tested all the support options available at WOW Vegas, I found that I got a faster response when messaging the team via email than when I contacted them on social media. 

The final contact method available is the ticketing system, but unfortunately I found this to be the slowest of all. While response times can easily vary, I ended up getting stuck near the back of the queue, as it took 5 days to get a reply in this manner.

Customer Support Overview

WOW Vegas UX 

Given how much there is on the WOW Vegas website, I was very impressed by how smoothly it ran, and by extension how easy it was to use. 

Everything is neatly categorized, and ongoing promotions are clearly signposted at the top of the landing page. As well as this, I’m also a fan of the “Popular” and “New” tabs in the library. These allow you to keep up with what’s trending, as well as be among the first to enjoy a new WOW Vegas title. Finally, the ongoing promotional banners such as the VIP system and Races significantly increased the casino’s UX score in my eyes, as this made it much easier for me to get the most out of my time on the website.

I would like to see a mobile app made available to players, but for now the fact that the casino is mobile-optimized is sufficient to ensure gaming on the go is as enjoyable as playing on a desktop computer.
