SweepSlots Review 2025

Before I even get started, I have to tell you that SweepSlots is a walking red flag. Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money. I’ll explain why properly in this SweepSlots review, so read on to get the full picture.

SweepSlots is a sweepstakes casino that offers over 500 games from some leading iGaming software developers including the likes of Betsoft and Booming Games. The casino is available in all US states except Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada and Washington, and in theory allows you to play with free-to-play Gold Coins (GC) and premium Sweeps Coins (SC). I say in theory, because as I mentioned, this casino is a scam. They have a reputation for refusing to honor players’ payout requests.

There are other areas to cover, so I will be going into detail in the rest of this review to analyze all areas of the casino properly.

Legal States

SweepSlots is available to most players in the US. The only restricted states are Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada and Washington. If you’re from Canada, you can access the site from anywhere except Quebec.

In terms of legal age, you must be at least 18 to access this website.

How SweepSlots Works

The sweeps model at SweepSlots offers players the chance to play with premium Sweeps Coins (SC) and free Gold Coins (GC). While GC has no monetary value, SC can in theory be redeemed for cash prizes at a rate of 1:1.

Like other sweeps casinos, you can’t buy SC outright, and must rely on promotions such as no deposit bonuses, social media promotions, and coin package bonuses to build up your account balance. However, keep in mind that you don’t have to spend any money to be able to play at SweepSlots.

All new SweepSlots players get a welcome bonus of 5,000 GC and 5 SC. This is not the only new player bonus, as there are also two first purchase bonuses. These offer 300,000 GC and 20 SC for $10, or alternatively new players can get 600,000 GC and 40 SC for $20. However, it is really not worth spending any of your money on this website.

As well as the no deposit bonus and first purchase bonuses, there are a number of other bonuses available to regular players. These are:

• A tiered VIP Program that offers better benefits as you climb the ladder.
• A Daily Login bonus offers both GC and SC as long as your account is verified.
• A Lucky Spin that renews every 5 hours. Prizes include free spins and free SC.
• Limited Time Deals. These can vary depending on the time of year, but I found a Weekly Special when I checked the site over the course of a few weeks that offered 300,000 GC and 15 SC for $10. 
• Social media promotions may be found on Instagram and Facebook, but there weren’t any live ones at the time I checked the website.
• Mail-In bonus provides 1 free SC.

SweepSlots Games Selection 

SweepSlots offers over 500 titles in its casino games library from a range of major software developers such as Betsoft and Pragmatic Play. That said, given how long the website took to load, I couldn’t come up with a specific number. Some games are also locked behind the VIP section, which makes no sense to me.

I was able to determine that there are a number of games categories available to standard players though, such as Table Games, Instant Win and Online Slots. While you can’t filter by game type, it’s easy to look for a game you want, as the search bar works well enough. Don’t bother looking for Live Dealer and Keno games, however, as these aren’t available on the website.

The full games library at SweepSlots can only be accessed through signing in and verifying your phone number, although this is fairly standard. I expected to see extra game information such as RTP and volatility ratings, but I found that this was only made available when I opened a specific game.

Online Slots

Online Slots make up the majority of the games library, as you can tell by the casino’s name. There are over 450 games here including popular titles such as Gates of Olympus, but you’ll also find lesser-known alternatives like Print Studios’s Won-O-Mart.

Information like RTP rates and betting limits can be found when you open each game individually. I found that most of the games here have the same betting limits, which range from 0.1 SC to 100 SC per spin.

Table Games

While Live Dealer games aren’t available at SweepSlots, there are still a number of standard Table Games that are present. Most of these are provided by Evoplay, and the available games include variations of Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette.

Instant Games 

There are a small number of Instant titles, but these are not the usual Lotto and Scratch Card games. The offering here is instead a range of arcade games developed by Evoplay.

SweepSlots Banking 

There are a variety of payment options at SweepSlots that can be used to buy coins, such as Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, American Express and Skrill. Players can also opt to pay using a range of cryptocurrencies if they want to. Again here, I have to emphasize that this is absolutely not worth it, as the chances are the casino will refuse to play fair when the time comes to pay out.

Purchase options start at $1.99, and you’ll need at least 50 SC to “request” a redemption. There are also a variety of packages available, which I’ll list later in this review.

Payment Options Overview

You can purchase and redeem coins by accessing the menu, but again I wouldn’t recommend spending your money at this casino, as you’ll just be throwing money down the drain. Packages start at $1.99 and go up to $499.99, but it’s really not worth your time.

Redeeming SC for prizes requires at least 50 SC, but you can only request up to 500 SC in one go. As if the low limit wasn’t enough, you can only send in one request per week, so it takes even longer to get your winnings, if indeed you get them at all. 

It’s also worth noting that premium and free coins will both expire after 60 days of inactivity. So the casino also appears to be not-so-covertly encouraging players to stick around regardless of whether they want or need a break.

Is SweepSlots Legit?

While SweepSlots doesn’t need a full license, I can absolutely say this business is a scam. Upon further research, I found that they owe around 1 MILLION USD to business partners, and I don’t even want to think about how much more they owe to cheated customers. 

The games themselves might be fair, and I wouldn’t expect anything else from companies like Pragmatic Play. But it doesn’t matter that the games are fair if the casino itself is going to refuse to give you the money you won.

Company and Safety Review

Responsible Social Gameplay  

SweepSlots does have a number of Responsible Gambling tools available to players. These include self-assessment tests and limits on wagers and coin purchases. However, these can be changed every 24 hours, which heavily reduces their effectiveness. 

Players can opt to temporarily self-exclude or close their account, but this requires them to contact customer support agents, who are very hard to get hold of.

The casino also sends regular notifications pushing players to come back, which makes it clear if it wasn’t already that they don’t seem to care about player welfare.

There may be a few methods for contacting SweepSlots’s customer support team, but it doesn’t mean anything if these channels don’t work properly. While I was able to get a response by emailing the company, I had to wait 48 hours, which is something I was very frustrated by.

The Live Chat function is hidden within the Help Center, which isn’t a great sign. My impression of the customer service offering went further downhill when I was initially greeted by a chatbot, only to be waiting for a customer service representative for so long that I gave up.

The Help Center exists, but that’s as much as I can say, as its lack of information will most likely leave players even more frustrated than they already were.

SweepSlots is mobile-optimized, so you can play on a mobile device if you choose. Bizarrely, however, it actually works better on a mobile device than it does on a desktop computer. Lag was common when I used a desktop computer, but switching to my mobile phone seemed to solve this issue. 

One of the few, and I do mean very few, bright spots is that getting around the casino website is easy. The search bar works well, and there is some basic categorization. However the categorization is not as detailed as it should be, as you can’t filter by software provider.
