Sidepot Review 2025
Sidepot launched in 2024 and is a sweepstakes casino with over 400 titles available for players to enjoy. Despite its newness, the casino is still able to call upon some major hitters in the iGaming industry such as Playson and BGaming.
While Fliff Inc. launched Fliff as a social sportsbook, Sidepot is their first attempt at branching off solely into sweepstakes casino gaming. I will be covering everything you need to know about the casino, so please read my review of Sidepot if you are looking for a new online casino to enjoy.
Pros
- Wide range of Slots
- Decent no deposit bonus
- Weekly tournaments
- Notable software providers
Cons
- Limited banking options
- Poor redemption limits
- Limited Table Games
Editor’s Note
Sidepot certainly has its positive elements, such as its Slots selection and the value offered by its bonuses, but it also has its share of drawbacks. Most notably its Table Games offering is very limited, there are no Live Games, and the filter system for its Slots library needs improvement as well. The banking options are also limited, but this is to be expected from a sweeps casino.
While I would not recommend Sidepot to prospective casino players at this point in time, I believe that the casino only needs to make some easy fixes for this to change.
Legal States
Sidepot is fairly widely available, but a number of US states are still prohibited from accessing the site. The casino is currently restricted in Alabama, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee and Washington.
How Sidepot Works
As Sidepot is a sweepstakes casino, players can take advantage of the dual currency system to play as they see fit. Yet, the casino doesn’t follow the standard naming protocol for either its free or premium currency, as it refers to Gold Coins as Fliff Coins and Sweeps Coins as Fliff Cash. Despite this, both Fliff Coins and Fliff Cash fulfil the standard roles, as Fliff Coins can only be used for fun while Fliff Cash can be redeemed for real money.
The rules surrounding Fliff Cash are largely in line with the industry standard, as it can be redeemed for real money at a rate of 1:1 and comes with a 1x wagering requirement. However, you need at least 100 Fliff Cash to make a Cash Prize redemption request, which I believe is quite high.
Sidepot Bonuses
Sidepot’s bonus selection is decent, starting off with a respectable welcome bonus of 10,000 Fliff Coins and 5 Fliff Cash. There is also a Daily Login bonus of 10,000 Fliff Coins + 1 Fliff Cash available, but this is only offered to players who have less than 1 Fliff Cash in their accounts.
As well as this, Sidepot offers all new customers a generous first purchase bonus of 80,000 Fliff Coins + 40 Fliff Cash for $19.99.

- Referral Bonus: N/A
Besides the welcome bonus and Daily Login bonus, there are a small number of other bonuses. These are:
- A Happy Hour discount every Friday from 6pm to 8pm that offers 100,000 Fliff Coins and 50 Fliff Cash, as well as 30 free spins to be used on the Touchdown Treasure Slot.
- A Lucky Spin promotion that rewards 30 free spins to use on any NetGaming Slot.
- A solid Mail-In bonus of 4 Fliff Cash. You can send up to 20 requests in a year, but you must fill the letter in according to the instructions provided on the website.
- A weekly Gold Rush Giveaway that offers up to 500,000 Fliff Coins and 500 Fliff Cash. Each 20,000 Fliff Coins wagered gets you 1 ticket into the next week’s draw.
Sidepot Bonus – Assessment & Verdict
7/10: Sidepot’s bonuses are solid, and the Mail-In bonus is especially appealing.
Our Feedback: I liked Sidepot’s bonus, with a generous welcome package of 10,000 Fliff Coins and 5 Fliff Cash, easy to claim and sufficient for exploring many games, alongside an impressive Mail-In bonus of 4 Fliff Cash claimable up to 20 times yearly.
However, the Daily Login bonus disappoints, offering 10,000 Fliff Coins and 1 Fliff Cash but only if your wallet has less than 1 Fliff Cash, forcing unwanted spending of premium currency, made even worse by its expiry date.
Pros
- Up to 20 Mail-In bonus requests a year
- Good Mail-In bonus
- Tickets for weekly giveaways can be earned through free play
Cons
- No VIP Program
- Limited promotions
- Strict rules to qualify for the Daily Login bonus
Sidepot Games Selection
Sidepot offers a solid casino games library of over 400 titles from a range of leading iGaming software developers like BGaming and Booming Games, both of which power the bulk of the games library. Somewhat predictably, most of these are Slots, although there are a large array of categories including Hold & Win, Megaways and Bonus Buy titles. However, the filtering system is very basic, which means searching for games that you enjoy is more difficult than it needs to be.
On top of this, the Table Games are limited and there are no Live titles. Yet, there is still enough here to keep players entertained for a good while.

I was pleased to find out that Sidepot doesn’t lock its library behind an account requirement, as well as the fact that the user interface is largely the same after you create an account. The only major difference I could see was that you could play with both free and premium currency after signing in, but this is to be expected.
While I have to give Sidepot some leeway as it is a sweeps casino rather than a real money gambling site, I was nevertheless disappointed to find that essential game information such as RTP rates and bet limits is not made easily available to players, as you have to launch each game in turn to access this information.
Online Slots
Sidepot’s range of Online Slots allows them to offer titles that cater to a variety of gaming tastes, including Megaways, Bonus Buy and Popular Slots. However, it has to be said that the filters in this section need improvement.
Popular Slots at this time include Fireball Inferno and Diamond Hits. Fans of Jackpot Slots can enjoy titles including Hot & Spicy and Caramelo Jackpot, while Megaways fans can aim for major jackpots in Lady Wolf Moon and Book of Cats.
Table Games
Sidepot’s efforts to make its Slots library as attractive as possible has evidently come at the cost of its Table Games. There are only four to choose from, consisting of three Blackjack variants and one Roulette game. So if you are a fan of Poker, Baccarat or any other Table Game, this will not be the right casino for you.
Originals
While the Table Game offering is very lacking, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Sidepot has a selection of Original titles. While these can be found at some other sweeps casinos, they are quite rare.
The Originals titles on offer consist of Roulette, Limbo, Dice, When Moon Bro, Chart Betting, Wheel of Fortune, and Crash. I’m not sure why Roulette is among the offerings though, as Sidepot already offers it in its Table Game section.
Sidepot Games – Assessment & Verdict
6/10: The Slots library is mostly solid, but there isn’t much else.
Our Feedback: While I was pleased with the array of titles available to Slots enthusiasts, the other areas of the casino’s games library felt neglected. Honestly, where the alternative options did exist it felt like they were there purely as an obligation rather than actually wanting fans to enjoy games that aren’t Slots. Fans of Roulette and Blackjack are thrown a few crumbs, but other than that there’s not much else unless you prefer more unique games like Crash and Wheel of Fortune.
I can’t be too harsh on marking the casino down for a lack of Live titles as most new sweeps casinos don’t offer these games either. However, the low quality of the filters in the Slots library has cost the casino significantly, especially as this is the one area of the games library that has received the most attention.
Pros
- Range of major iGaming developers
- Decent-sized games library
- In-house games titles
Cons
- No Live Games
- Only 4 Table Games
Sidepot Banking
As I expected, the payment options at Sidepot are very restricted, as the payment options only consist of Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfers, while the withdrawals are limited solely to Bank Transfers. However, these are all perfectly safe to use, which is the most important thing.
While buying Fliff Coins is not compulsory, all of the bundles come with a Fliff Cash bonus attached. I was also pleased to see how affordable the currency bundles were as they start at just $0.99, although players can buy up to $2000 worth of Fliff Coins every day.

Players can easily switch between Fliff Coins and Fliff Cash at the top of the screen, which is helpful in checking their balances.
Buying Fliff Coins is straightforward, as all players need to do is access the Shop or simply click on “Buy Fliff Coins”, where they will be redirected to the Coin Store to choose their preferred bundle. After this, it’s simply a matter of providing your banking details and authorizing the payment.
Redemptions can also be accessed from the Coin Store, although it is important to note that players will need at least 100 eligible Fliff Cash to make a request. Yet, there are a number of important details to be aware of here.
The first is that redemptions can take up to 7 days to complete. Needless to say, this is quite irritating. However, what makes it worse is the fact that the casino will only process one request every 5 days. Finally, while the $1000 redemption limit is fairly standard, redemptions over $600 are subject to additional KYC checks. Again, having additional KYC checks for high redemption requests is completely standard, but having to wait an extra week to get my hands on my winnings because of this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Sidepot Banking – Assessment & Verdict
6/10: The redemptions process needs an overhaul.
Our Feedback: The inability to offer Gift Card redemptions has already meant that this casino has got off to a bad start with regards to its banking process, and the woeful withdrawals process only exacerbates this issue.
While I expected limited banking options, I was very disappointed to learn that withdrawals can only be made via Bank Transfers. The fact that you can only make one redemption every 5 days is also simply abysmal, especially given the fact that this is coupled with additional KYC checks if players want to withdraw more than $600.
The fact that deposits are instant and that players can choose a variety of affordable and good value Fliff Coin bundles have done a lot of heavy lifting to prevent Sidepot’s banking score from getting any worse.
Pros
- Purchases start from just $0.99
- High daily purchase cap of $2000
Cons
- Limit of 1 redemption request every 5 days
- Long wait for redemptions over $600
- Limited banking options
Is Sidepot Legit?
Sidepot’s owners Fliff Inc. also own the social sportsbook Fliff. The sportsbook has proved popular with US players, helping the company establish a good reputation in the sweepstakes industry.
While the social sportsbook Fliff is solid, I was pleased to see that Fliff Inc. have also worked hard to ensure players can trust Sidepot, as the casino offers games from leading software developers, and their Terms and Conditions are also clearly laid out. Most importantly, Sidepot provides customers with an array of Responsible Gambling tools, so players can turn to numerous methods to ensure they stay in control of their online gambling habits.

In addition to protecting its players from developing problem gambling habits, Sidepot also takes its responsibility to safeguard players in other areas very seriously.
The casino employs strict geofencing technology to prevent people in a prohibited state from accessing the website, in addition to mandatory identity checks to ensure underage players can’t play as well. As a final preventative measure, Sidepot will only release your welcome bonus once your phone number has been verified.
In addition to preventing unauthorized players from accessing the website, Sidepot also ensures that bad faith actors are kept out by employing SSL encryption technology to protect its players’ personal information and banking details.
Responsible Social Gameplay
Sidepot’s commitment to Responsible Gambling is clear to see, as the casino offers players a range of protective tools such as spending limits, Reality Checks to inform players of how long they’ve been playing on the website, and a self-assessment test for those who are worried about developing problematic gambling habits. I am a particular fan of casinos offering self-assessment tests, as they provide players with the ability to honestly assess their habits without fear of judgement.
Temporary and permanent self exclusion options are also available as standard, however these can only be accessed by contacting the customer support team.
Sidepot Trust & Safety – Assessment & Verdict
8/10: The Sidepot website is secure and the casino provides a wealth of Responsible Gambling tools.
Our Feedback: Sidepot’s trust score is helped immensely by the fact that I was able to find information on the business and its owners very easily. This transparency is a big green flag that the casino is a legitimate business.
The website is also kept secure thanks to its up-to-date SSL encryption software and geofencing technology. Both measures help to prevent the casino from being targeted by cyberattacks, ensuring players can rest assured that their personal data is safe.
The only let-down as far as I am concerned is that players must contact customer support to temporarily or permanently close their accounts. Still, this is not enough to majorly impact Sidepot’s score in this regard.
Pros
- Wide range of Responsible Gambling tools
- Geofencing software
- Trusted game providers
- Up-to-date SSL encryption software
Cons
- Have to go through customer support to request temporary and permanent self-exclusion
Sidepot Customer Support
Sidepot gets a lot of things right in terms of its customer support offering. The FAQ are helpful and straight to the point, and cover a wide range of topics from bonuses to Fliff Coins bundle pricing and KYC checks, so players are much more empowered to fix problems themselves.
In addition to this, the contact options at Sidepot were also useful in my experience. The casino provides customers with a useful live chatbot that can resolve basic questions in a quick and timely manner. Finally, although I had to wait up to 24 hours to receive a response via email, this was considerably faster than I have come to expect from other sweeps casinos.
As good as Sidepot’s customer support offering is, however, it isn’t perfect. In particular, I would have liked to see a phone support option made available for those who prefer to speak to a customer service agent directly.

Sidepot Customer Support – Assessment & Verdict
8/10: The customer support offering is nearly perfect.
Our Feedback: Sidepot has evidently put a lot of effort into ensuring their customer support offering is as efficient as possible. There are multiple channels available, and players can solve a wide variety of issues themselves thanks to the helpful FAQ section and live chatbot.
Unfortunately there is no phone support available, but I cannot be too harsh as this drawback is present at a large number of newer sweeps casinos.
Pros
- Helpful FAQ
- Fast responses via email
- Helpful live chatbot
Cons
- No phone support
Sidepot UX
Sidepot’s website makes getting around incredibly easy, as the sidebar offers a number of shortcuts that make getting around much faster. These shortcuts cover the main areas that players tend to visit, such as the games library, the Coin Store and the Promotions section.
I also liked the fact that the casino points out what Slot categories are popular, however I would prefer to see this extended across the entire games library rather than solely focusing on Slots.
While the casino might not have a mobile app, this is no big deal as the platform works just as well on a mobile device as it does on a computer. It’s also worth remembering that most sweeps casinos don’t have a mobile app to offer to customers, so Sidepot isn’t alone in this regard.

Sidepot UI – Assessment & Verdict
8/10: The website works well but the filtering system needs improvement.
Our Feedback: The website works well for the most part, and I really like the fact that the casino provides shortcuts to the areas of the website that it knows players will frequent the most. I was also pleased to see that the casino worked equally as well on Android and iOS devices as it did on a desktop. While I would have liked to have seen a mobile app, I cannot be too harsh in marking them down because of this deficiency. As I mentioned earlier, most other sweeps casinos don’t have a mobile app to offer to customers either.
That said, the inadequate filtering system is fair game for criticism, and I expect to see this area of the user experience fixed as soon as possible. The lack of several important filters such as All Games, Jackpots and Table Games makes using the website feel a lot more cumbersome than I have come to expect. Crucially, online casino players have also come to expect a smooth user experience, so getting this right could make a difference to whether or not Sidepot is able to survive in the long run in an increasingly crowded market.
Pros
- Shortcuts make getting around easy
- Mobile-optimized casino
Cons
- No mobile app
- Filters need improvement
Sidepot Sister Sites
While Sidepot does not have any sister sweepstakes casino sites at the time of writing, it does have an older sister in the form of Fliff, which acts as a social sportsbook.
Our Verdict
I have to say that I enjoyed testing Sidepot, and that it has made a decent impression for a new sweeps casino. The welcome bonus offer of 10,000 Fliff coins and 5 Fliff Cash is very decent, and the first purchase offer is also quite generous. What’s more, I believe that its main flaws such as its poor filters and fairly limited games library will be corrected in due course.
That said, I cannot bring myself to recommend Sidepot to prospective players in its current state. It is evidently in need of a significant polish, and although the flaws I have just listed are clear examples of necessary improvements, I believe that getting around the website is the area that Sidepot has to focus on fixing the most. Players may take a smooth user experience at an online casino for granted, but they will definitely notice when it is missing, and will be much more likely to leave for a competitor when this issue arises.
