Sidepot Review 2025 

Sidepot launched in 2024 and is a sweepstakes casino with over 400 titles available for players to enjoy. Despite its newness, the casino is still able to call upon some major hitters in the iGaming industry such as Playson and BGaming.

While Fliff Inc. launched Fliff as a social sportsbook, Sidepot is their first attempt at branching off solely into sweepstakes casino gaming. I will be covering everything you need to know about the casino, so please read my review of Sidepot if you are looking for a new online casino to enjoy. 

Legal States

Sidepot is fairly widely available, but a number of US states are still prohibited from accessing the site. The casino is currently restricted in Alabama, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Tennessee and Washington.

How Sidepot Works 

As Sidepot is a sweepstakes casino, players can take advantage of the dual currency system to play as they see fit. Yet, the casino doesn’t follow the standard naming protocol for either its free or premium currency, as it refers to Gold Coins as  Fliff Coins and Sweeps Coins as Fliff Cash. Despite this, both Fliff Coins and Fliff Cash fulfil the standard roles, as Fliff Coins can only be used for fun while Fliff Cash can be redeemed for real money. 

The rules surrounding Fliff Cash are largely in line with the industry standard, as it can be redeemed for real money at a rate of 1:1 and comes with a 1x wagering requirement. However, you need at least 100 Fliff Cash to make a Cash Prize redemption request, which I believe is quite high.

Sidepot’s bonus selection is decent, starting off with a respectable welcome bonus of 10,000 Fliff Coins and 5 Fliff Cash. There is also a Daily Login bonus of 10,000 Fliff Coins + 1 Fliff Cash available, but this is only offered to players who have less than 1 Fliff Cash in their accounts.

Sidepot Games Selection 

Sidepot offers a solid casino games library of over 400 titles from a range of leading iGaming software developers like BGaming and Booming Games, both of which power the bulk of the games library. Somewhat predictably, most of these are Slots, although there are a large array of categories including Hold & Win, Megaways and Bonus Buy titles. However, the filtering system is very basic, which means searching for games that you enjoy is more difficult than it needs to be.

On top of this, the Table Games are limited and there are no Live titles. Yet, there is still enough here to keep players entertained for a good while.

I was pleased to find out that Sidepot doesn’t lock its library behind an account requirement, as well as the fact that the user interface is largely the same after you create an account. The only major difference I could see was that you could play with both free and premium currency after signing in, but this is to be expected.

While I have to give Sidepot some leeway as it is a sweeps casino rather than a real money gambling site, I was nevertheless disappointed to find that essential game information such as RTP rates and bet limits is not made easily available to players, as you have to launch each game in turn to access this information.

Online Slots 

Sidepot’s range of Online Slots allows them to offer titles that cater to a variety of gaming tastes, including Megaways, Bonus Buy and Popular Slots. However, it has to be said that the filters in this section need improvement.

Popular Slots at this time include Fireball Inferno and Diamond Hits. Fans of Jackpot Slots can enjoy titles including Hot & Spicy and Caramelo Jackpot, while Megaways fans can aim for major jackpots in Lady Wolf Moon and Book of Cats.

Table Games

Sidepot’s efforts to make its Slots library as attractive as possible has evidently come at the cost of its Table Games. There are only four to choose from, consisting of three Blackjack variants and one Roulette game. So if you are a fan of Poker, Baccarat or any other Table Game, this will not be the right casino for you.

Originals

While the Table Game offering is very lacking, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Sidepot has a selection of Original titles. While these can be found at some other sweeps casinos, they are quite rare. 

The Originals titles on offer consist of Roulette, Limbo, Dice, When Moon Bro, Chart Betting, Wheel of Fortune, and Crash. I’m not sure why Roulette is among the offerings though, as Sidepot already offers it in its Table Game section.

Sidepot Banking 

As I expected, the payment options at Sidepot are very restricted, as the payment options only consist of Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfers, while the withdrawals are limited solely to Bank Transfers. However, these are all perfectly safe to use, which is the most important thing. 

While buying Fliff Coins is not compulsory, all of the bundles come with a Fliff Cash bonus attached. I was also pleased to see how affordable the currency bundles were as they start at just $0.99, although players can buy up to $2000 worth of Fliff Coins every day. 

Payment Options Overview

Players can easily switch between Fliff Coins and Fliff Cash at the top of the screen, which is helpful in checking their balances. 

Buying Fliff Coins is straightforward, as all players need to do is access the Shop or simply click on “Buy Fliff Coins”, where they will be redirected to the Coin Store to choose their preferred bundle. After this, it’s simply a matter of providing your banking details and authorizing the payment.

Redemptions can also be accessed from the Coin Store, although it is important to note that players will need at least 100 eligible Fliff Cash to make a request. Yet, there are a number of important details to be aware of here. 

The first is that redemptions can take up to 7 days to complete. Needless to say, this is quite irritating. However, what makes it worse is the fact that the casino will only process one request every 5 days. Finally, while the $1000 redemption limit is fairly standard, redemptions over $600 are subject to additional KYC checks. Again, having additional KYC checks for high redemption requests is completely standard, but having to wait an extra week to get my hands on my winnings because of this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Is Sidepot Legit? 

Sidepot’s owners Fliff Inc. also own the social sportsbook Fliff. The sportsbook has proved popular with US players, helping the company establish a good reputation in the sweepstakes industry. 

While the social sportsbook Fliff is solid, I was pleased to see that Fliff Inc. have also worked hard to ensure players can trust Sidepot, as the casino offers games from leading software developers, and their Terms and Conditions are also clearly laid out. Sidepot gets a lot of things right in terms of its customer support offering. The FAQ are helpful and straight to the point, and cover a wide range of topics from bonuses to Fliff Coins bundle pricing and KYC checks, so players are much more empowered to fix problems themselves.

In addition to this, the contact options at Sidepot were also useful in my experience. The casino provides customers with a useful live chatbot that can resolve basic questions in a quick and timely manner. Finally, although I had to wait up to 24 hours to receive a response via email, this was considerably faster than I have come to expect from other sweeps casinos. 

As good as Sidepot’s customer support offering is, however, it isn’t perfect. In particular, I would have liked to see a phone support option made available for those who prefer to speak to a customer service agent directly.

Sidepot’s website makes getting around incredibly easy, as the sidebar offers a number of shortcuts that make getting around much faster. These shortcuts cover the main areas that players tend to visit, such as the games library, the Coin Store and the Promotions section. 

I also liked the fact that the casino points out what Slot categories are popular, however I would prefer to see this extended across the entire games library rather than solely focusing on Slots.

While the casino might not have a mobile app, this is no big deal as the platform works just as well on a mobile device as it does on a computer. It’s also worth remembering that most sweeps casinos don’t have a mobile app to offer to customers, so Sidepot isn’t alone in this regard.
