BankRolla Review 2026

BankRolla is one of the newest entries into the growing sweepstakes casino market, having only been launched in May 2025. The library might not be the biggest at 800+ games, but it nevertheless manages to offer Slots, Table Games, and Casual games to its players.
The casino certainly caught my attention with a generous welcome bonus of 250,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins, as well as the fact that they have some big name iGaming developers on board, such as 3 Oaks Gaming and Novomatic.
However, I know all too well that first impressions can be deceiving. With that in mind, I have analyzed the casino website as a whole to give you a full picture of how this online casino performs overall.
Pros
- Excellent Table Games
- Promising VIP Program
- Mobile-optimized casino
- Live Chat
Cons
- Bonuses are mostly poor
- Restricted banking options
- User experience needs improvement
Editor’s Note
At present, BankRolla seems to be all bark and no bite.
The VIP Program looks promising, and the games selection is good, but it’s unlikely that anyone will bother to stick around. Redemptions are a pain, and there aren’t many bonuses for existing players to take advantage of either.
Legal States
In line with the industry average, BankRolla requires players to be at least 18 to set up an account.
On top of this, players need to be from an eligible state to enjoy what BankRolla has to offer. Currently, the casino is available in the majority of states, only being prohibited in Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington.
How BankRolla Works

BankRolla operates using free-to-play and premium currency, following the standard naming convention of Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).
As usual, GC are solely used for having fun, while SC can be redeemed for real money. As GC have no monetary value, they can be bought in bulk through GC bundles.
In line with the industry standard, each SC is worth $1, and comes with a 1x playthrough rate before it can be redeemed for real money.
However, redemptions are solely limited to Debit Cards, and players need at least 100 eligible SC to claim a Cash Prize. This might be in line with most other sweeps casinos, but it is far too high and makes redemptions significantly more challenging.
BankRolla Bonuses

Unfortunately, BankRolla’s bonus selection is an area that needs major improvement.
It starts well, but goes off the rails once you’ve moved past the no deposit bonus of 250,000 GC + 2.5 SC, and the first purchase bonus of 20,000 GC and 20 SC for $9.99.
Bonuses Review
- No Deposit Bonus: 250,000 Gold Coins + 2.5 Sweeps Coins

- First Purchase Bonus: 20,000 Gold Coins + 20 Sweeps Coins
- Daily Free Credits: N/A
- VIP Program: Yes
- Mail-In Bonus: N/A
- Referral Bonus: Up to 25 SC
As I mentioned above, the bonuses for existing players at BankRolla are very sparse. As it stands, the casino is able to offer the following incentives:
- Quests are limited but offer players the chance to get extra SC.
- Social Media promotions are sometimes made available on Instagram and X.
- A Referral bonus of 25 SC for each referral.
- The casino encourages players to use its app by offering exclusive promotions to mobile customers.
- BankRolla is currently offering a Bug Bounty to players who report bugs. This had the opposite effect on me, as it made my estimation of the casino go way down. No casino should be relying on players to report bugs for rewards.
BankRolla Bonus – Assessment & Verdict
3/10: BankRolla’s bonus selection is woeful.
Our Feedback: BankRolla’s new player bonuses might be good quality, but that’s where the good news ends.
The casino’s existing player rewards are poor where they exist, apart from the Referral bonus. Most of the staple offerings simply don’t even exist, such as Daily Login bonuses and Mail-in rewards.
And honestly, the fact that the casino offers a Bug Bonus is shocking, and makes me question whether a rating of 3 is too generous. Finding and fixing bugs is quite literally what developers are supposed to do, and the fact that the bug issue is so bad that you have to offer rewards to report problems is a sure sign that the online casino isn’t going to last.
Pros
- Promising VIP Program
Cons
- No Daily Login bonus
- Limited bonuses for existing players
- No Mail-in bonus
BankRolla Games Selection
Although the bonus offering is terrible, the games library itself is solid. Currently, the games library at BankRolla consists of a solid range of Slots, Table Games, and Casual games, and is growing fast.
That said, I do feel that the casino is missing a number of big name software developers. Although the likes of 3 Oaks Gaming and Novomatic are available, the casino is missing big hitters like Pragmatic Play.
Getting around the library itself is mostly a smooth experience, as there are a number of filters, such as Providers and certain game mechanics. That said, the library needs better sorting, as I found Casual games that were mixed in with the Slots category.

Online Slots
BankRolla’s array of Slots covers both popular and less well-known games, but you won’t get a uniform betting experience, as minimum and maximum requirements vary widely. This also applies to the RTP rates, with some games starting as low as 90% while others are in line with the industry average of 96%.
Granted, the wide variety helps ensure that a large range of budgets are catered to, but it also makes finding a game you like considerably more difficult.
Table Games

The range of Table Games at BankRolla is simply excellent, with variants of Poker, Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack available to enjoy.
Although the selection is already very good, I’d love to see Craps made available, as this would take this section to the next level.
Casual Games
Although Casual games are available, finding them is a different story entirely. The lone Plinko game has its own category, but the rest of the Casual games are scattered throughout the library. Needless to say, this isn’t a good look at all.
I was able to find variants of Crash games and a Keno game, but that’s it. There might be more available, but if there were, I couldn’t find them.
BankRolla Games – Assessment & Verdict
7/10: The library is good in places, but also has its flaws.
Our Feedback: The games library is really a mixed bag. Slots are a casino staple for a reason, but the selection here can easily be off-putting to some. Some of the games require high betting amounts, while others have low RTPs that make them not worth playing.
On the other hand, the Table Games selection was excellent. There are multiple games supported, including variants that allow players to freshen up their experience a bit.
I also enjoyed the Casual games I was able to find, but I really wish the casino didn’t make looking for them so hard.
Pros
- Excellent Table Games
- Casual games
- Library contains hidden gems
Cons
- Many Slots have low RTP rates
- Categorization of Casual games is poor
BankRolla Banking
BankRolla’s range of payment options is restrictive for both deposits and redemptions. Players can only use debit and credit cards like Visa and Mastercard, with redemptions only being possible via debit card.
The redemption process itself is a mixed bag. Although the $100 minimum is very high, I was pleased to see that I got my money in just 2 business days. This is a far cry from what I’m used to, as redemptions can often take at least 5 days, if not more.

Purchasing GC is very straightforward, as you just need to select your desired bundle and input your card details. What’s more, there is a solid range of bundles to choose from, and all come with a SC bonus attached. Finally, the low starting point of $4.99 means that these are accessible to everyone.
It’s worth remembering that BankRolla imposes mandatory KYC checks before you can make a purchase. However, this is a completely standard measure, even if it might slow the process down a bit.

BankRolla Banking – Assessment & Verdict
4/10: The banking options are incredibly limited.
Our Feedback: Put simply, the banking options at BankRolla are as basic as it gets. You can only make redemptions using a debit card, you can only buy coins with a debit card or credit card, and there are no extra SC that come with the GC bundles.
I do have to give praise to the casino for its fairly swift Cash Prize redemption process, but that doesn’t detract from the fact that the banking options at BankRolla are overwhelmingly poor.
Pros
- Redemptions can be quick
- Range of GC bundles
Cons
- Only one purchase and redemption method
- No additional SC bonus on GC bundles
Is BankRolla Legit?

I couldn’t find much information on the parent company, but that might have something to do with the fact that they launched fairly recently, as the parent company Epic Play Holding Inc. was only established in October 2024.
As BankRolla itself is new, it’s not surprising that they don’t have much of an online presence. Where it exists, the review scores are mixed, with an average Trustpilot rating of 3.4 stars from 16 reviews.
Although the casino operates on a business model of no real money gambling being required, I would like to see the casino make this option more realistic by increasing the number of bonuses available to existing players, as well as the rewards on offer.
However, to its credit, the casino does get some things right. The website is well protected with SSL software, and the casino employs numerous KYC checks to ensure its players are allowed to access the site.
As well as this, all the games are supplied by leading industry developers and are regularly subjected to rigorous RNG testing to ensure complete randomness.

Responsible Social Gameplay
BankRolla does offer Responsible Gambling tools, but they aren’t extensive. At present, players can request temporary and permanent self-exclusion, but that’s about it.
BankRolla Trust & Safety – Assessment & Verdict
5/10: BankRolla needs to improve its reputation.
Our Feedback: BankRolla doesn’t have a solid reputation yet, which isn’t surprising as it is brand new. However, it has to be said that they’re not making things any easier for themselves.
The sheer lack of existing player bonuses means that BankRolla is barely meeting the legal requirements to operate as a sweepstakes casino, as real money gambling is effectively mandatory.
Pros
- Reputable game developers
- KYC checks
- Responsible Gambling tools
Cons
- Needs to improve its reputation
- Mixed player reviews
BankRolla Customer Support
Fortunately, BankRolla’s customer support options are good for the most part, as players can get in touch via emailing support@bankrolla.com or by Live Chat. Whichever method you choose, you can expect helpful support agents who know what they’re doing. The team is friendly as well, which may seem like a basic requirement but is something some casinos seem unable to grasp.
However, the casino’s FAQ section isn’t great. Some common queries are not addressed, and there are also provable inaccuracies scattered throughout.

BankRolla Customer Support – Assessment & Verdict
7/10: The customer support team is helpful, but the offering needs polishing.
Our Feedback: The customer support offering at BankRolla is largely positive. Players can expect helpful replies from both the email and Live Chat, with the Live Chat replies coming within minutes.
Unfortunately, though, the FAQ page is a massive let down. It might answer some basic questions, but it isn’t as extensive as I’d expected. What’s more, there is a notable lack of polish, which makes the whole thing feel rushed. The errors include grammatical mistakes and false information, which is really not something that should be appearing to the extent it is here.
Pros
- Live Chat available to all
- Solid response times
- Helpful support agents
Cons
- No phone support
- Elements of the customer support options need improvement
BankRolla UX
BankRolla has clearly gone for a more simplistic approach to its user interface, but I don’t have a problem with this. Actually, I prefer simplicity over designs that try too hard and end up getting on your nerves.
Unfortunately, it seems that the simple design doesn’t make performance less taxing, as I encountered bugs that cause games to crash when I tested the casino out on a computer. This might be a bandwidth problem, though, as the issues didn’t repeat when I tested BankRolla on a mobile device.
Interestingly, the casino offers an app for both computer and mobile casino users, but for some reason the app never worked for me. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, but I soon gave up trying. What’s more, I expect this is true of plenty of other users as well.

BankRolla UI – Assessment & Verdict
4/10: The platform is functional but contains a sizable number of bugs.
Our Feedback: For the most part, the simple design isn’t a bad thing. It’s clear that BankRolla has opted for simplicity to try and ensure its website runs as smoothly as possible.
Unfortunately, though, this isn’t the case. I encountered numerous bugs that caused games to either not load, become unresponsive, or crash entirely. The fact that I later found out that the casino offers a Bug Bonus made me realise these types of issues were common, which honestly made the casino’s development team come across as lazy.
The mobile site offered a smoother experience, but this isn’t anything to praise. If anything, it shows that BankRolla doesn’t have the required capacity, and shouldn’t have launched until the multitude of errors had been fixed.
Pros
- Mobile-optimized casino
Cons
- Bugs caused games not to load
- Website can be slow to load
BankRolla Sister Sites
BankRolla does not currently have any sister online casinos at the time of writing.
Our Verdict
Although my first impression of BankRolla was positive, this soon faded. The casino might offer a good selection of Table Games and solid new player bonuses, but that’s where the good news ends.
The casino massively underperforms across all key areas. The existing bonuses are almost non-existent, the games selection outside Table Games is poor, and the banking methods are very restricted. On top of this, the FAQ page looks incredibly amateurish, and the website crashed frequently when I tried to test it out on a computer.
Put simply, I have no reason to recommend BankRolla in the slightest. There is just too much that needs fixing. Until they get their act together, you’re far better off looking elsewhere for your entertainment.
