LuckyStars Review 2026

New sweepstakes casinos seem to be popping up quite frequently at the moment. LuckyStars is no exception, having only launched in May 2025.
As it’s so new, I wasn’t surprised to see that many features are still being rolled out. Still, the casino has launched nonetheless, so I’ll be examining what is currently available, and what is missing, in an unbiased manner. This will allow me to determine whether it’s worth checking out, or whether you should hold off for now.
Pros
- Daily Login bonus
- Live Casino games
- Tiered VIP Program
- Table Games
- Solid welcome bonus
- Reputable game developers
Cons
- Restricted banking options
- No Referral bonus
- Needs to improve its reputation
Editor’s Note
Although the majority of LuckyStars’ library is Slots, it definitely caters well to fans of Live Casino games. That said, as entertaining as the games are, I do feel the casino could expand in this area. Still, with several top-quality games developers on board, this area in particular shows the casino is determined to stand out for the right reasons.
I also have to praise the casino’s business structure. Although it fully complies with the sweepstakes business model by making real money gambling completely optional, I would be lying if I said I wasn’t tempted by the Gold Coin bundles on offer.
Legal States
In line with the industry average, LuckyStars requires players to be at least 18 to set up an account.
As well as its industry standard age requirement, the casino is highly accessible in the United States, as it’s available in all states except Alabama, Connecticut, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington.
How LuckyStars Works

LuckyStars operates using free-to-play and premium currency, following the standard naming convention of Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC).
As usual, GC are solely used for having fun, while SC can be redeemed for real money. As GC have no monetary value, they can be bought in bulk through GC bundles.
In line with the industry standard, each SC is worth $1, and comes with a 1x playthrough rate before it can be redeemed for real money.
LuckyStars Bonuses

Bonuses are an essential part of any sweeps casino, as they allow the operator to adhere to the requirement of real money gambling being completely optional. Fortunately, LuckyStars passes this test with flying colors, as shown from the start with a generous no deposit bonus of 100,000 GC + 3 SC.
Of course, like their real money counterparts, players spending money is how the sweeps casino makes a profit. With this being the case, I wasn’t surprised to see a number of first purchase bonuses available to choose from. Just be aware that you can only pick one, so bear that in mind.
Bonuses Review
- No Deposit Bonus: 100,000 Gold Coins + 3 Sweeps Coins
- Promo Code: N/A
- First Purchase Bonus: Varies
- Daily Free Credits: 20,000 GC + 0.2 SC
- VIP Program: Yes
- Mail-In Bonus: 3 SC
- Referral Bonus: N/A
With the exception of Referral bonuses, all the key benefits I was looking for are present at LuckyStars. However, the casino also offers a couple of additional extras as well. In total, the casino is able to offer players the following bonuses:
- A birthday gift of free coins. The exact amount you get isn’t guaranteed, however.
- A Daily Login bonus of 20,000 GC + 0.2 SC.
- A tiered VIP Program that offers better benefits the higher you climb the ladder. The benefits on offer include extra coins on purchases, surprise bonuses, and lower spending requirements on certain games.
- A Mail-In bonus of 3 SC. These can be requested multiple times, but must be filled out in accordance with the rules laid out on the casino’s website.
- Social media bonuses may be offered in future once the casino has established itself on platforms such as X, Facebook, and Instagram.
LuckyStars Bonus – Assessment & Verdict
8/10: LuckyStars’s bonus selection is impressive, but needs to include social media bonuses and a Referral bonus.
Our Feedback: LuckyStars’ promotions may have a few blind spots, but they overwhelmingly tick most of the boxes I would expect from a sweeps casino. What’s more, I fully expect LuckyStars to address their blind spots when they get the chance.
Although the Daily Login bonus SC reward could be improved, there are more than enough GC on offer to allow you to explore the library for free. I also have to praise the VIP Program, and I’m especially impressed by the benefit that allows you to play with less coins per spin depending on their VIP level.
Pros
- Can send multiple Mail-In bonus requests
- Plenty of free GC available
- Birthday Gift
- Coin Drops for VIPs
Cons
- No Referral bonus
- Poor SC Daily Login bonus
LuckyStars Games Selection

LuckyStars’s games library is a respectable size at 500+ games, and I was particularly impressed by the games developers that are included in the library. Yes, you’ll find major hitters like Red Tiger, Hacksaw, and Netent, but you’ll also find less well-known creators like Ela Games and Rogue.
This ensures players always have something new to look forward to, as well as allowing them to discover hidden gems.

Although most of the games are Slots, players can choose from a variety of other games, including Table Games, Live Dealer games, Instant Win games, and Arcade games.
Unfortunately, there are no Game Information cards available. Granted, this is a nuisance, but it’s hardly like LuckyStars is alone in this regard. Most other sweeps casinos have this flaw as well.
However, it is worth noting that you’ll need to log in to view the full games library, although this is a standard requirement.
Online Slots
The amount of game providers that are counted among the selection of online Slots at LuckyStars really helps this category to stand out. You’ll be able to choose from a range of entertaining mechanics, such as Megaways, Cascading Reels, and more. With so many special features, you’re only one spin away from potentially lucrative wins.
With the likes of Netent, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming and Yggdrasil to call upon, you’ll find no shortage of entertaining experiences. In particular, I encourage you to check out The Defenders, Wild Whopper, and Piggy Riches Megaways.
Live Casino
Most of the library is Slots, but the Live Casino lobby packs a significant punch as well. Fans of Blackjack, Baccarat, and Roulette are well catered to here, as you’ll find multiple variants of these games that keeps the experience from becoming stale. What’s more, all it takes is a slight rule change across some variants, and you’ll find yourself in a game where the odds swing in your favor.
Although I was disappointed to see some games like Texas Hold’em and Live Game Shows missing from the site, I feel the current crop of games is enough to keep most fans of immersive experiences and Table Games entertained for a good while.
Arcade & Instant Win
Arcade games are a staple of many sweeps casinos, so I was very pleased to see them made available here. Coin Flip, Crash, and Mines were my personal favorites, but I would absolutely encourage you to check out the other options as well.
If you’re looking for a particular style of game, I would encourage you to check out Plinko, especially if you don’t want to play with large sums. On the other hand, if you’re looking for major wins and fast gameplay, the Scratch Cards are better suited to your needs.
LuckyStars Games – Assessment & Verdict
9/10: The games library is a solid size and covers a diverse range of categories.
Our Feedback: LuckyStars’s games library may be a work in progress, but it is definitely impressive in its own right as it stands. Players can enjoy multiple games that go beyond Slots, greatly increasing the casino’s appeal. The in-game bonus features and Live Casino games were a personal favorite.
Although there are some missing pieces of the jigsaw, the current selection of games and software developers has already put LuckyStars in a position to compete with some of the major sweeps casinos in the industry.
Pros
- Numerous special in-game features
- Option of Bonus Buy mechanics
- Independent Gems
Cons
- No Live Game Shows
- No Game Information cards
LuckyStars Banking
Even for a sweeps casino, the payment options at LuckyStars leave an awful lot to be desired. This is a shame, especially as many online casino players have come to expect a seamless user experience as standard across all aspects of a casino’s website.
Currently, players can only make a deposit with Visa and Mastercard, while redemptions are limited to Bank Transfers. The redemption times and limits aren’t great either, as you need at least 100 SC to make a redemption request, and face a wait of up to 7 days to get your hands on your winnings.
Of course, you’ll need to verify your details beforehand, but this is as I expected.
The good news is that the redemption limit is very high, as you can redeem up to 10,000 SC a day. The wagering requirements are also in line, so you only need to play your SC once to get redeemable winnings.
I also have to give credit to LuckyStars for ensuring players don’t have to get in touch with the customer support team to request details on the status of their transactions. This is because details on all deposits and withdrawals, both pending and completed, are provided to players.

LuckyStars Banking – Assessment & Verdict
7/10: The GC bundles are solid, but the banking options really need to be expanded.
Our Feedback: LuckyStars’s GC bundles are respectable, and the fact that all of them come with a SC bonus attached is a big plus.
Unfortunately, the casino’s score in this area is significantly hampered by the restricted banking options. I’d especially like to see an eWallet like Skrill made available, as this would reduce the waiting time to get your winnings significantly.
I understand that banking options aren’t usually great at a sweeps casino, but having to wait up to 7 days is incredibly annoying, and will no doubt drive potential players away in frustration.
Pros
- Secure payment options
- Solid GC bundles
- All GC purchases come with SC bonus
Cons
- No eWallets supported
Is LuckyStars Legit?

LuckyStars doesn’t need a license as it is a sweepstakes casino, so the absence of one isn’t an issue.
There are several elements that point towards LuckyStars’s legitimacy. These include big name game developers, and full alignment with the necessary legal requirements.
I was also able to find the necessary legal information on the casino’s parent company without any issues, which is always welcome as I have encountered sweeps casinos where I can’t find anything about the parent company, which damages their trustworthiness.
The security of LuckyStars is provable in multiple ways. In addition to offering secure payment options, the website itself is kept secure thanks to both SSL and HTTPS encryption software. This is considerably more protection than most sweeps casinos employ.
Finally, geofencing software is used by the casino to keep out unauthorized players, which adds further weight to LuckyStars’ trustworthiness.

Responsible Social Gameplay
LuckyStars’s Responsible Gambling tools are excellent, as they cover time outs, spending limits, time limits, and a Help Desk.
While these tools are somewhere in the middle of the Responsible Gambling spectrum, LuckyStars also offers help at the other extremes.
For a more hands-off approach, the casino supplies common sense safety tips to help you stay in control of your gambling. At the other end, players who are in need of more serious help can reach out to a range of external companies, whose details are supplied by LuckyStars.
LuckyStars Trust & Safety – Assessment & Verdict
9/10: LuckyStars’ parent company information is easy to find, the casino takes Responsible Gambling seriously, and is determined to ensure full legal compliance.
Our Feedback: LuckyStars is determined to ensure it fully complies with all the necessary legal requirements, as shown by its strict geofencing technology to keep out players from prohibited states.
This commitment is made even clearer by the fact that redemptions are tied to ID checks and you need to register a phone number to create an account as well. It’s clear the casino only wants fully legal players to enjoy its website.
The Responsible Gambling tools are also excellent, but the absence of playing time reminders is disappointing. Really, I expected the casino to include this, as they’ve covered all the other bases.
I have also had to knock the casino’s perfect score as it needs to improve its reputation. However, the casino is very new, and all the signs are there that this is just a matter of time.
Pros
- Easy to find legal information
- Secure website
- Solid Responsible Gambling tools
- Geofencing software
- KYC checks
Cons
- Responsible Gambling tools need to be expanded
- Needs to improve its reputation
LuckyStars Customer Support
The customer support options at LuckyStars are as I expected. Live Chat, email, and a FAQ page are all available.
However, the replies weren’t as fast as I would have liked, as testing out the Live Chat saw me having to wait three hours for a reply. Needless to say, this is far too long. However, when the replies did arrive, they were very helpful. For now, it seems LuckyStars needs to focus on its timing.
I was pleased to see that, unlike what I have become used to, the FAQ page at LuckyStars was well-stocked, containing a range of information on common queries that will no doubt reduce the need for new players to go to the effort of writing an email.

LuckyStars Customer Support – Assessment & Verdict
8/10: Standard support contact options, but the reply times are too long.
Our Feedback: All the standard options are here, but I was quite disappointed by the waiting times for a reply when I put the Live Chat feature to the test. This particular contact option is the one that should cause minimal complaints.
However, I do have to give credit to LuckyStars for its detailed FAQ page, as it covered more bases than I was expecting.
Pros
- Fast email replies
- Live Chat
- Helpful support agents
- FAQ page available
Cons
- Slow replies
LuckyStars UX
I’ll be the first to admit, LuckyStars’ website didn’t give me the best first impression. However, this changed when I actually put it to the test.
The website is neatly laid out, so getting around is easy. I was particularly impressed by the fact that you can filter the games library according to the game provider. This is especially handy as there are over 30 game providers represented on the website. However, I do wish the range of available categories was more extensive.
On the bright side, the casino works just as well for mobile casino players as it does for their desktop counterparts. I tested the website out thoroughly on all devices, and it never crashed once.
Just make sure you check out the LuckyStars ending in dot com, as there are casino websites with the same name that are not anywhere near as good or trustworthy as this one.

LuckyStars UI – Assessment & Verdict
8/10: The platform works well for the most part, but interface issues need to be fixed.
Our Feedback: The LuckyStars platform works very well, so for the most part I don’t have many complaints. Getting around is easy, everything loads well, and you’re guaranteed to enjoy yourself regardless of what device you choose to play on.
That said, I do have a couple of small gripes that I feel really should be fixed sooner rather than later. For one, the game library definitely needs more categories, although you can still have fun exploiting the library as it stands.
However, the absence of Game Information cards is a decidedly bigger issue. I will always dock points where I don’t find them, as these should be made available as standard.
Information such as RTP rates, Volatility ratings and max win amounts is essential in helping players choose which games they want to play. Users should not be made to go through each game one-by-one until they find a game that suits their needs.
Pros
- Decent categorization filters
- Website loads quickly
- Mobile-optimized casino
Cons
- More categories needed
- No Game Information cards
LuckyStars Sister Sites
LuckyStars has two sister casinos in GummyPlay and JuicyPopSlots.
Our Verdict
LuckyStars might be new, but the casino has certainly hit the ground running with exciting games from over 30 software game providers. The Live Games in particular were a big hit with me, as there may not have been that many of them, but I enjoyed every second.
There are also plenty of ways to get your hands on free GC and SC, starting with a generous no deposit bonus of 100,000 GC + 3 SC, so the casino more than lives up to its premise of real money gambling being completely optional. Even better, the casino is in a position where its bonuses can easily be improved with a few minor tweaks, such as the addition of a Referral bonus.
Of course, there are areas for improvement. Most notably, the banking options are predictably lacking, and the absence of Game Information cards, though wholly predictable, is a let-down as well.
That said, the casino gets more than enough things right here for me to encourage you to check it out. There aren’t any major red flags, and the positives here far outweigh the small number of drawbacks where they arise.
