Scratchful is one of B-Two Operations’ portfolio of sweepstakes casinos that allow players to redeem cash prizes with Sweeps Coins (SC) while also offering the ability to play casino games for free using Gold Coins (GC).

The Scratchful SC redemption requirements are in line with or better than the industry standard. While all SC must be wagered at least once before they can be redeemed for real cash prizes at a rate of 1:1, the 50 SC minimum requirement at this casino is half the industry average of 100 SC.

Scratchful’s games selection is incredibly impressive, with over 1,000 titles to enjoy including Slots, Scratch-Offs and Slingo games. Even better, these come from major players in the iGaming industry such as Novomatic and Netent. 

I was disappointed to find no Table Games or Live Dealer titles, but there was more than enough here to keep me entertained regardless. What’s more, I was particularly impressed with the categorization of the many games, plus the fact that the casino compiles all your favorites into one area for you.

My gameplay experience overall was very enjoyable. In particular, I really liked the fact that the casino allowed me to personalize my gaming experience as I saw fit, with a variety of stakes and volatility levels to choose from, as well as the standard option of playing with both SC and GC. 

The array of games was also impressive. I was particularly pleased with Pragmatic Play’s selection, as every one of their 400+ titles had an RTP rate of over 95%.

While there’s no demo option here, the ability to play with Gold Coins means there’s really not much need for it.

Scratch-Offs take the popular Scratch Card games online, with over 18 of them available to enjoy at Scratchful. Given the casino’s name, I wasn’t really surprised that this category of games was made available. 

While the RTP rate of the Scratch Cards was a bit underwhelming at around 90%, the low 0.2 SC minimum requirement for many titles helped make up for this. 

Slingo

Gaming Realms is a well-known and popular iGaming provider at many online casinos, and they are particularly well-known for their Slingo titles. So I wasn’t surprised to see Slingo games made available here once I realized that Gaming Realms was one of the suppliers to the site. 

I’ve always liked how Slingo fused two popular games in Slots and Bingo to create something new entirely, and the selection of titles at Scratchful didn’t disappoint in the slightest.

Scratchful Banking 

While there are plenty of ways to make purchases at Scratchful, the same cannot be said for making a withdrawal. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all supported payment options, but withdrawals are unfortunately restricted to Bank Transfers and Gift Cards.

As is standard practice, players must wager their SC at least once before they can be redeemed for prizes. The minimum redemption requirements here are standard for Gift Cards at 10 SC, but the Cash Prize requirement is much lower than the industry average, with players needing a minimum of just 50 SC.

Again I’d like to emphasize here that purchasing coin packages is completely optional, although as you can see below, they do offer great value for money. If you’re looking for a coin package outside of the first purchase bonus, I would say that the $19.99 bundle offers the best value for money.

There are numerous factors that reinforce Scratchful’s status as a legitimate company. The casino is compliant with all the necessary sweepstakes laws, and also protects its customers through advanced security measures like SSL encryption. 

The fact that numerous influential iGaming companies have partnered with Scratchful is also a major green flag. These businesses are incredibly selective about who they partner with, so as to avoid any reputational damage.

Scratchful takes Responsible Gambling seriously, as shown by the numerous measures in place to help its customers stay in control. I found I was able to set a daily spending limit very easily, and also saw that the casino allows players to cool off by selecting the “Take a Break” option that lasts for a few days. Players who feel like they need a longer time off can also opt for a Self-Exclusion, which starts at six months.

I believe it is essential for a casino to offer the best possible customer support to its players. However, the offering at Scratchful could certainly be improved. The FAQ section isn’t as detailed as I would have liked, and it took a good few hours before I got a response to my contact form. 

While there is a Live Chat option, this is locked behind a paywall. This is something I was not happy to see, as it gives off the impression that players are forced to make purchases they don’t want to in order to access proper customer support.

While the support may be a bit underwhelming, I’m pleased to say this is not the case for the user experience. The website is very well designed, and I encountered no lagging issues when I was trying to get around the website, as loading times were near instant.

Despite the vast array of games, the library was sorted very efficiently, and this absolutely went a long way to making my overall experience an enjoyable one.

Scratchful has a number of sister sites to compete with including McLuck, Hello Millions, Jackpota and Mega Bonanza, but its comparative scores are a mixed bag. While it offers a more impressive games selection, this is not the case when it comes to its Table Games.
