The Money Factory Review 2025 

New sweepstakes casinos seem to be popping up all the time at the moment, including The Money Factory which was launched in 2024. Although the market is becoming increasingly crowded, this casino makes a great first impression with a generous welcome bonus of 15,000 Gold Coins and 3 Sweeps Coins, and over 1,000 games to use them on.

The Money Factory doesn’t stop there, as it also offers players 10 game providers, constantly-available customer service and a wider array of payment options than I am used to seeing. 

While the first impressions are undeniably good, they are not the full picture. To cover everything you need to know, I have written a detailed review of The Money Factory, so feel free to read on if you’re looking for a new online casino.

All SC must be wagered at least once before they become redeemable, but this is in line with the industry standard.

The main first purchase bonus does the bulk of the heavy lifting as it offers players up to a 300% discount, whereas the second purchase discount offers up to a 100% discount and the third and final purchase discount goes up to 25%. While the first purchase bonuses and the welcome bonus offer new players a great way to get started, there are a number of other casino bonuses available to existing players as well. These include:

However, the monthly redemption limit is very high at $100,000, which is more than enough to cover virtually everyone’s redemption requests.

It took around 4 days to make a redemption after verifying my identity, which isn’t that bad when compared to other sweeps sites I’ve encountered. This is particularly the case as I had to go through strict KYC checks when I requested a redemption, but this is fairly standard practice at online sweeps websites. 

Yet, it’s worth noting that my experience could easily be an outlier, as The Money Factory themselves state on the website that it can take as much as 14 days to complete the redemptions process.

Is The Money Factory Legit? 

While The Money Factory may not have a standard license, operating under a sweepstakes model means that it doesn’t actually need one. Instead, it needs to be fully compliant with the laws of the states it operates in, and I can confidently say this is the case. As well as stringent KYC checks, the casino also employs geofencing technology to prohibit players from restricted states from accessing the website. 

Besides this, its legitimacy is also reinforced by the fact that its essential details are listed in the T&Cs, and bad faith actors often will not make this information available.

The presence of major developers on the site is also a good indicator of trustworthiness, as their games are independently audited to ensure fairness.

The Money Factory Customer Support 

The Money Factory’s customer support offering has clearly been designed with a modern outlook. This is evident from the presence of a Live Chat feature in its customer service offering, as well as the near-instant response times when I contacted the team in this way. That said, this has come at the expense of more standard phone and email contact options, as it took several hours for the team to respond to my emails, and there was no phone support available at all.

You can contact the customer support team on social media if your query isn’t about your account or details, which is another example of the casino’s modern approach in this area. However, I do believe that traditional customer support options have their place. I would particularly like to see improvements to the FAQ page, as this would enable customers to solve problems themselves.

The Money Factory UX 

The user experience at The Money Factory is mostly very good, particularly as you can filter according to your favorite game category or game developer. This is something missing from a number of online sweeps casinos, so I was very pleasantly surprised to see it featured here. Besides this, the website loads fast and getting around is easy. True, it’s nothing special, but this is no major flaw.

Yet, there are a few things to note. The first is that although there is some categorization available in the library, it is not as extensive as I had hoped for. This is particularly important given the sheer number of titles available. There are Featured and Hot tabs in the menu section, but sadly this is not the case for other areas including Hold & Win titles.
