Lunaland Review 2025

Lunaland only launched in March 2025, but it is still able to offer its players over 150 titles from the leading iGaming developers of Pragmatic Play and BGaming, as well as a low minimum redemption requirement and a generous welcome bonus to help players hit the ground running.

Yet, although the casino gets several things right, there are certainly areas that need improvement. This includes the games library, as it solely consists of Slots in its current form.

Lunaland may be new and showing significant promise, but I still have to impartially review the casino in its current state, rather than what it could potentially be. So if you’re looking for a new sweepstakes casino, make sure you check out my review of Lunaland.

Legal States

As it is not a real money casino, Lunaland is available in most of the US, with the exceptions of Idaho, Michigan, Nevada and Washington.

The exact legal age will depend on the state you reside in, with some states allowing casino gambling from 18, and others at 21.

How Lunaland Works

Lunaland operates using free-to-play and premium currency. However, while Sweeps Coins (SC) are named as usual, Lunaland has named its free currency after itself, calling them Luna Coins (LC) instead of Gold Coins.

As usual, SC are worth 1 USD each, and have to be wagered 1x before they become eligible for a redemption. As they are worth real money, they cannot be bought outright.

However, this rule doesn’t apply to LC, which can be bought in bulk through LC bundles. Doing this will also award players with a SC bonus on all except the $1.99 bundle.

Lunaland Bonuses

Lunaland has a number of bonuses in the pipeline, but the casino is still able to offer something for both its new and existing players. New players can take advantage of a no deposit bonus of 100,000 LC + 2 SC and a first purchase bonus of 500,000 LC + 10 SC for just $7.

Although new players are well catered to, Lunaland also provides a couple of bonuses for existing players to take advantage of. These are:

• A Mail-In bonus of 3 SC. These must be filled out in accordance with the rules laid out on the website.
• A Referral bonus of 400,000 LC + 20 SC for each person who signs up with your provided link and spends at least $15.

As it stands, the casino doesn’t provide a Rakeback bonus, Daily Login bonus or VIP Program, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see this change as the casino grows.

Lunaland Games Selection 

Although Pragmatic Play and BGaming have hundreds of titles to their name, there are currently only 150+ of them available in Lunaland’s games library. Yet, as with other areas of the website, it’s clear that Lunaland has opted for quality over quantity. There are a number of special mechanisms available in the library such as Megaways, which promises major wins for players who strike it lucky.

The library is also well-categorized, which makes it easy to find what you want. The available filters include new releases, top games and more, and you can also use the search bar if you are looking for something specific.

Lunaland has made a Crash games category available, but at the time of writing this is yet to be populated. So for now, the library solely consists of Slots. However, all of these are supplied by Pragmatic Play and BGaming, so players can be sure of an entertaining experience.

It’s also worth pointing out that as the casino is new, I expect them to expand the library, and roll out more titles as they become more established.

Online Slots

Of the Online Slots that are available, the vast bulk of them are provided by Pragmatic Play, which supplies 150 of the titles. But although BGaming only supplies around 30 titles, they are still very entertaining.

Of the titles that are currently on the website, I would encourage you to check out Gates of Olympus 1000 and Great Rhino Megaways from Pragmatic Play, and Bonanza Billion from BGaming. All of these titles offer high RTP rates and very high maximum win multipliers. These features make them especially ideal for players who are after major wins.

Lunaland Banking

Lunaland provides a range of LC bundles to allow players to instantly boost their account balance, and all but the cheapest option come with a SC bonus attached. Unfortunately, while there are a number of payment options, the redemption options are limited solely to Bank Transfers, which can take up to 10 days.

You’ll need at least 50 redeemable LC to make a withdrawal, and must wager your LC at least once for them to become eligible. Each LC is worth 1 USD, and you can withdraw up to $10,000 a day, reducing to $5,000 for players in New York and Florida.

Making a purchase is incredibly simple, as you just need to visit the Store, which can be accessed via the main menu. After this, it’s just a matter of choosing your LC bundle, selecting your preferred payment method and completing the transaction.

Redemptions are also straightforward, and this can also be accessed from the main menu. If you have the minimum amount, all you have to do is choose your redemption method, input your details and confirm the withdrawal. Just remember that you’ll have to go through standard KYC checks when you make your first redemption request.

Is Lunaland Legit?

Having reviewed the website in depth, I am pleased to say I didn’t encounter any red flags.

Although Lunaland doesn’t have a license, it’s important to remember that sweepstakes casinos don’t need one, so this is not an issue. On top of this, the casino is only restricted in four US states, and the site is well encrypted to prevent data breaches. Finally, the games at Lunaland are independently audited to ensure fairness, which is another positive sign.

Although there aren’t any player reviews yet, this is to be expected as Lunaland only launched in March 2025.

Lunaland is clearly committed to ensuring its players practice Responsible Gambling, and has provided a range of tools to help them do so. These include the ability to set purchase limits and self-exclude if necessary, although players must contact the support team to put limits in place.

In addition to practical tools, the casino also provides players with helpful advice, as well as the ability to self-assess whether they are developing a problem. Should this turn out to be the case, Lunaland has provided links to helpful resources that can help players get the support they need.

Lunaland’s customer support offering is quite restricted, but this is to be expected from such a new casino. At present, there are only two email contact options and a ticketing system that runs via a chat box. However, the casino has clearly gone out of its way to hire professional staff, as the answers to all my queries were incredibly polite and helpful.

That said, there are multiple areas for the casino to improve upon in this regard. The ticketing system took a massive 12 hours to reply to me, which was so long that even the email replies were faster. I’d also like to see an FAQ page made available, as this would give users the ability to attempt to fix issues themselves.

Lunaland’s website is easy to use, but at the moment there isn’t much to it. As well as this, despite having specific categories for each type of Slots, some of these titles aren’t accessible yet, which is a bad look even for a newly-launched casino. Lunaland would’ve been better off presenting a slimmed-down library where all the titles are available.

Players have to look at different parts of the website to find what they are looking for, with Games and the VIP Program displayed at the top of the homepage, while Rewards, the coin store, and your Account are located under the main menu. However, this is no bad thing as it prevents a feeling of overcrowdedness that may have arisen if everything important was located in one place.

The website works well for both mobile casino and desktop casino players, although there is no mobile app available for either iOS or Android users yet. However, mobile users can still look forward to an enjoyable experience, particularly as the games load faster on a smaller screen.

Our Verdict

Lunaland may not look like much at the moment, but I have every reason to believe this will change as the promotions and bonuses become more frequent. Certainly, the library already looks enticing as it is, as there are a number of excellent titles on offer. The existing welcome bonus is another major positive, as it is considerably larger than most other sweeps casinos I’ve encountered.

That said, there are glaring areas that need to be fixed if the casino is to fulfill its potential. The library solely consists of Slots in its current form, and more payment options and customer support contact methods are needed as well.

Overall, I would have to say I think Lunaland is a decent option if you are a Slots enthusiast, but fans of other gaming categories may want to look elsewhere for the time being.
