Zoot Review 2025 

Zoot was launched in 2024 and provides something different to sweepstakes casino enthusiasts as it offers a range of Original titles such as Dice, Crash, Race, Plinko and Mines. 

As all the titles are made in-house, there are none of the iGaming software developers you might expect. This also means that there aren’t any other staple casino categories like Slots or Table Games present either. However, it may just be a matter of time until this changes.

In its current form, Zoot has its share of strengths and weaknesses, which I will cover in detail as I go through each key section. To give just one example of each, although its limited game selection may be off-putting to some, I was very impressed by the welcome bonuses. Legal States

As it is a sweepstakes casino, I was not surprised to see Zoot widely available in most parts of the US. The only restricted states are Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota and Washington.

How Zoot Works 

As Zoot is a sweeps casino, players can choose to play with either free Gold Coins (GC) or premium Sweeps Coins (SC). All SC can be redeemed for Cash Prizes, but they must be wagered at least 1x to become eligible. 

As GC are not worth anything, players can boost their balances by buying the tokens in bulk. Yet, it is worth noting that this is not possible for SC. However, players may still get SC for free through bonuses and promotions, and SC can also be acquired through buying GC bundles.

Besides the ones I have already mentioned, there are various other bonuses available for players to take advantage of:

It should also be noted that the Mail-In bonus at Zoot is not a one-time offer, as players can submit up to 10 bonus letters a week. However, these must be filled in in accordance with the rules set out on the casino’s website.

Zoot Games Selection 

Zoot’s games library is created fully in-house and only has around 30 titles. However, all of them are incredibly simple to play. What’s more, a lot of these games require you to step in and take control, which makes the experience much more engaging. Key examples of this would be Crash, Plinko and Mines, where you need to step in at the right time or potentially lose everything. 

Interestingly, the casino’s creators take an evident interest in current affairs, as one of their titles was styled on the Presidential race from November 2024. This isn’t something I’ve encountered before, but the game was very engaging nonetheless.  

Although the titles are enjoyable, they are not designed to keep you engaged for long periods of time. That said, the games still manage to hit that sweet spot, which prevents the experience from getting stale.

Interestingly enough, Zoot supplies its players with a demo mode, which allows you to enjoy the titles without supplying your personal details.

Crash

With 12 titles, Crash games are the most numerous on Zoot. This type of game is incredibly simple, as you need to get the biggest multiplier possible before your luck runs out. The highest multiplier I was able to achieve was over 20x, but I was able to get several wins around the 10x mark. 

Mines

Taking after the computer classic Minesweeper, there are 9 Mines games on Zoot. These titles require your input regularly, as it’s up to you to try and guess where the game-ending explosives are. Every correct guess increases your Multiplier, but knowing when to take your winnings is essential. 

Predictably, these games are completely randomized to ensure a fresh experience with every playthrough.

Dice

Dice games are by far the trickiest category available at Zoot. The aim of the game is to try and predict how the die will land. 

It may sound very simple, but it is more challenging than it first appears. This is especially the case if you choose to aim for bigger prizes in exchange for a reduced chance of winning. 

Whether you increase or decrease the winning margin, this is done in increments of 5%.

Plinko

Plinko is by far the easiest type of game on the website, as it is purely a matter of guesswork. Simply pick your wager, release the ball, and hope it lands in a multiplier slot big enough to award you money. 

What I really like about the Plinko titles here is that there is no 0x option. This means you are always guaranteed to get at least something back. Depending on how daring or cautious you feel, you can also adjust the risk level and number of rows, which will impact how much you can win.

Zoot Banking 

I wasn’t surprised to see limited payment options available, as this is normal for sweepstakes casinos. Deposits can be made using Visa, Mastercard and Discover, while redemptions are restricted to Bank Transfers.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how low Zoot’s redemption limit is, as you need just 40 SC to claim a Cash Prize. In line with the industry average, all SC are worth 1 USD each and come with a 1x wagering requirement. 

However, redemption limits may not be what you were expecting, as you can only withdraw up to $1000 a day.

Is Zoot Legit? 

The fact that Zoot was developed by the same company behind LuckyLand Slots is a solid indicator of its legitimacy. 

While the casino doesn’t have a license, it’s important to remember this is not required for sweeps casinos. Given that Enigma Lake is a trustworthy enterprise, I have no reason to doubt the fairness of their in-house titles.

Company and Safety Review

Responsible Social Gameplay 

In line with standard procedure, the company employs geofencing technology and KYC checks to keep out unauthorized players. The KYC checks require you to submit your phone number and proof of ID, although extra measures are in place for making SC redemptions. In addition to further ID checks, Zoot also requires you to submit a utility bill and bank statement as proof of address.

However, its Responsible Gambling tools could do with improving. There is a session reminder which is always welcome, but you can’t modify this to suit your individual needs. You also can’t set up daily spending limits, which I feel should always be available at any online casino.

Zoot Customer Support 

Zoot’s customer support offering is unfortunately one of its major weak points. The only way to get account issues fixed is by getting in touch via email. This is almost always the slowest means of communication, so I wasn’t surprised that I had to wait for hours to receive a reply. 

There is a Discord channel for customers to use, which I appreciate. Yet, I would have preferred a proper Live Chat on the actual casino website, as this would have made getting in touch much easier.

While an FAQ page is available, I didn’t find it useful in solving my problems. I would like to see this change in the future, as casinos should offer players the chance to fix issues themselves.

The casino’s library might be small, but this lends itself to making getting around much easier. You can easily choose your game from the available categories, which makes switching between titles almost effortless. In turn, this helps keep the gaming experience fresher for longer.

On top of this, you can easily switch between playing with GC and SC as you see fit, and I encountered absolutely zero issues when testing the casino out on both mobile and desktop devices. The casino easily conforms to the size of the screen, without sacrificing usability.

Finally, Zoot encourages its players’ competitive spirit by placing a scoreboard inside each game, while you can talk to others on the website using the chat screen. This really helps elevate the social element of online casino gaming, and although it is a small touch it definitely makes the user experience much more enjoyable.
