Stackr Review 2025 

Stackr is a sweepstakes casino that launched in 2023, around the same time as social casinos began growing in popularity. The casino makes a great first impression with a no deposit bonus of 500,000 GC and 5 SC, as well as a 150% first purchase bonus. Besides this, there are over 500 titles available to enjoy on the website, including those from a number of major iGaming software developers that are present on the website including the likes of Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming and Backseat Gaming. 

As the casino operates a sweepstakes model, Stackr makes real-money purchases completely optional, as outlined by the numerous no deposit bonuses such as the Daily Login bonus. While no purchases are mandatory, there are a lot of areas to cover to be able to analyze the casino properly. That’s why I have written an in-depth Stackr review to help you decide if this is the right online casino for you.

Legal States

Stackr’s availability is one of its major weaknesses. It’s probably the most restricted sweeps casino I’ve encountered so far, as it is only available in the US states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Stackr has a minimum legal age of 18+ for its players, which is in line with the industry standard.

How Stackr Works 

As Stackr operates a sweepstakes model, players can choose to play with both free Gold Coins (GC) and premium Sweeps Coins (SC) as they see fit. As GC are free to play with, there are numerous ways you can top up your balance, including bonuses and buying coin packs. Although you can buy GC through packs, SC can only be acquired through bonuses, or as part of an added bonus when buying coin packs. 

The minimum redemption rate is 100 SC, and SC are pegged at a rate of 1:1 to the US Dollar. There is an important caveat here in that using promotional SC comes with a redemption cap of $100 a month. However, this rule doesn’t apply to any SC you have received as part of a coin pack.

Stackr Bonuses 

Stackr’s welcome bonus is incredibly generous at 500,000 GC and 5 SC. However, there are a number of things to bear in mind here. The first is that you need to verify your account before you can access the bonus, although this is fairly common. The second one is a bit disappointing, as you cannot enjoy the no deposit bonus as a lump sum. Instead, it is spread out over 3 days.

While purchasing coins is completely optional, Stackr does make a tempting offer, particularly with its first purchase bonuses. These provide a 150% boost to your total GC amount, and apply across all packages from $4.99 to $24.99. However, the offer is tainted quite a bit by the fact that there are no extra SC attached to these bundles, and I had to spend $49.99 to get my hands on an SC bonus. This seems like Stackr is incentivizing players to spend more than they would have liked, which is a big mark against them as far as I’m concerned.

Besides new players being offered a welcome bonus and an array of first purchase bonuses, Stackr’s bonus systems also caters to its existing players. These include:

• A Daily Login bonus of 10,000 GC + 0.1 SC every 12 hours.
• Watching Videos to get free GC and SC. This is something I haven’t encountered anywhere else yet, and even better it resets every 5 minutes.
• Mail-In bonus provides 1 free SC.
• The Spin the Wheel promotion gives players the chance to win free coins, however it has a wagering requirement of 2x and takes an hour to reset. 
• Competitive challenges. I found a range of weekly tournaments on offer, with varying levels of prizes available.
• A VIP Program that offers better rewards the higher you climb. All new players are immediately enrolled, and must buy coin packs and wager SC to climb the ladder. Prizes available at the highest Pink Diamond level include a 100% weekly coin boost and a weekly rakeback bonus of 25%.
• Players can benefit from an extremely generous Referral bonus of 1,000,000 GC and 20 SC every time a referred individual spends at least $9.99 on coin packs.

There is also a Bonus Tracker for all players which, as the name suggests, sorts your bonuses into active, claimed and expired categories. With so many bonuses available, this is a nice touch.

Stackr Games Selection 

Stackr has a sizable casino games library of over 500 titles, which is promising to see. The first impression is also helped by the presence of some major developers like Betsoft and Hacksaw Gaming who make up the bulk of the library, although other major developers like Pragmatic Play are unavailable. While most of the library is Slots, this isn’t surprising as this is the case for most casinos. There are also a number of Instant Win and Lotto-style titles to enjoy, although Live Casino titles and Table Games are unfortunately not provided.

Getting around is easy, as you can filter by game provider as well as simply using the search bar. It’s also easy to search through different game types using the lobby, including Hold & Win, Buy Bonus and Hacksaw Exclusives. That said, the interface could do with some improvements, as RTP rates of individual games are unavailable, and betting limits and game volatility can only be accessed by clicking the “Play Now” button on each game.

Online Slots

As I mentioned earlier, Online Slots make up the bulk of the library at Stackr, so it’s not surprising that they cover multiple special mechanics including Hold & Win, Megaways, Buy Bonus and more. However, if you’re looking for standard Slots with nothing special, you’re also well catered to here.

Betsoft and Hacksaw Gaming provide most of the Slots here, with Betsoft in particular responsible for most of the progressive jackpot titles. If I had to pick my favorite Betsoft titles, I would have to choose Stampede, April Fury and the Chamber of Scarabs and Tigers Luck, while my preferred Hacksaw titles are Le Bandit, Pirate Bonanza and RIP City.

Not to be outdone, Nolimit City games are also present in the library. These are especially suited for players who are willing to take risks, with large Bonus Buy features and maximum wins that can top 50,000x your stake. A word of warning, play these titles at your own risk!

Scratch Cards

There are over 50 Scratch Card games at Stackr, which provide a nice alternative if, like me, you can be a bit impatient at times. Of course, they’re purely games of chance, but that’s the fun of it.

My personal favorites were Happy Scratch, Cut the Grass and Spooky, Scary, Scratchy, but there are plenty of other entertaining options besides these.

Alternative Games

There are a number of alternative games that are available besides Slots and Scratch Cards. These include Plinko, Twenty One, Mines, Hi-Lo and Fortune Wheel. 

While the collection is nothing special, it’s still nice to see other games beyond standard casino staples made available.

Stackr Banking 

Although buying coin packs is completely optional, I was still very pleased with the variety of payment options at Stackr. Staples like Mastercard, Visa and Bank Transfers are all available, but there’s also the chance to use PayPal, Cryptocurrencies and Venmo. While payments are usually instant across all methods, cryptocurrencies typically offer the fastest redemption time, although you may find yourself waiting a bit.

Payment Options Overview

Both GC and SC balances can be found at the top of the screen, and all the methods listed above can be used for both redemptions and purchases except Venmo, which is not eligible to be used for redemptions. Making a purchase is easy, as all players have to do is follow these simple steps.

1. Sign in to your Stackr account, and hit the “Get Coins” button.
2. Choose one of the right available coin packages.
3. Enter your payment details when prompted.
4. Confirm the transaction. Your GC (and bonus SC) should arrive immediately.

All SC at Stackr must be wagered before it can be redeemed, however the requirement is fairly high at 2x for bonus purchase SC and 3x for no deposit SC. The minimum redemption rate is a fairly standard 100 SC. The process is also relatively straightforward. The steps are as follows:

1. Ensure that you are signed into your Stackr account and that any verification issues are settled.
2. Hit the “Redeem” button.
3. Enter your bank details into the box provided.
4. Confirm the transactions. It should take between one and three days to clear.

There are a number of things to note here. The first is that you must use the same redemption method as you did to make a withdrawal, as it can otherwise take a lot longer to sort things out. For that reason, I’d probably avoid using Venmo unless you want to simply purchase GC for fun. Besides this, it’s also important to remember that there is a maximum redemption request of $500 in one go, and promotional SC may take longer to redeem. Needless to say, these are all strikes against its overall score in this area.

Is Stackr Legit?

Having looked at the casino in detail, I can safely say that Stackr is a legitimate business, as their T&Cs are fair and transparent. Besides this, there is an anti money-laundering policy, and its refunds policy is also clearly laid out. 

Overall, Stackr openly lays out its stall on several issues, leading me to believe that they don’t have anything shady to hide.

Responsible Social Gameplay  

I like that Stackr showcases a clear commitment to their player’s safety. There are a good number of tools available for players to control, including daily, weekly and monthly purchase and spending limits. 

What’s more, the casino doesn’t allow you to change this on the fly. To encourage intentional and safe behavior, players are only allowed to change these limits by contacting the support team, who will impose a 7-day wait before the limits can be altered.

Besides this, players can temporarily self-exclude themselves, and there is also a self-assessment tool in place if players are worried about whether or not their behavior is becoming problematic.  

Stackr Customer Support 

Stackr gives you a decent number of options for getting in touch with its customer support team, which is always nice to see. The presence of an FAQ page is also welcome, even if it is a little bland for my liking. The email contact option is good, as while it is longer than a phone or Live Chat might be, it didn’t take as long as I expected to receive a reply. 

However, while there is a Live Chat option, this is only available from 8AM to 10AM EST. It is also locked behind a paywall, as it is only available to players who have made a purchase. While I understand it not being available 24/7 and appreciate the fast response time, the fact that this essential feature has been paywalled doesn’t sit right with me, and I have heavily penalized Stackr for that.

I like that Stackr has been optimized for mobile casino players, but I don’t understand why it doesn’t provide iOS and Android players with an app despite offering one for desktop. That said, playing on the go is still very easy, as the interface works just as well on a phone screen as on a computer.

The menu can be located on the side of the screen, and getting around the website is easy from here, regardless of what device you are using. The Bonus Tracker I mentioned earlier is also a nice touch, as it lets you know how long you have left to complete your active bonuses.
