A1-Casino Review 2026

I’ll be honest, A1-Casino didn’t make a good first impression on me. This sweepstakes casino has a small games library and is lacking in other areas, which I will cover in greater detail later in this review. Still, I’ve learnt not to judge a book solely by its cover, so I looked at the casino’s performance across key areas regardless.
To its credit, it’s clear that A1-Casino is trying to cater to a broad range of games categories, with Live Casino games, Table Games, and Instant Win games all available besides Slots. The first purchase bonus on offer is also generous, offering a 200% bonus on Gold Coins, so you should easily have enough to play with.
It quickly became clear that A1-Casino isn’t an open and shut case in terms of whether I can recommend it or not. As such, I encourage you to read my review of A1-Casino to get the full picture.
Pros
- Great range of games
- Choice of first purchase bonuses
- VIP Program
Cons
- Awful website
- Terrible welcome bonus
- Paywalled Daily Login bonus
Editor’s Note
If you’re looking to make a good first impression, do the exact opposite of A1-Casino. 10 GC as a welcome bonus is all you get, and that’s an insult, plain and simple. Honestly, I’d rather get no welcome bonus at all.
Things didn’t get better when I got to the website itself. This is also a shambles, to the point where I gave up trying to use it.
Stay away. It’s not worth the headache.
Legal States
In line with the industry standard, players need to be at least 18 to sign up with A1-Casino and create an account.
A1-Casino is widely available in most of the US, with the exceptions of Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, and Washington. The fact that both New York and Florida are permitted to access the website is a surprise, as most sweeps websites prevent either one or both of these states from playing.
How A1-Casino Works

A1-Casino operates using free-to-play and premium currency in the form of Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). Of the two, GC are purely used for fun, while SC can be wagered and redeemed for real prizes.
As GC aren’t worth anything, they can be bought in bulk through GC bundles, although this is completely optional. Although SC can’t be bought, players can still acquire the currency for free through bonuses and promotions. Truth be told, though, I wouldn’t waste your money here.
In line with the industry standard, each SC is worth $1, and comes with a 1x playthrough rate before it can be redeemed for real money.
Unfortunately, A1-Casino only offers Cash Prize redemptions, and you need at least 100 eligible SC to make a request. This is too high, and is one of the many factors that have led to my poor evaluation of this iGaming website.
A1-Casino Bonuses

No deposit bonus? What no deposit bonus? You’ll get just 10 GC for signing up here, and frankly I can’t even think of anything that would be good for. As I mentioned earlier, this made an awful first impression.
There are three first purchase bonuses available, but honestly they aren’t that great. The first offer rewards players with $20 of SC when they deposit $10, whereas the other two offers come with a 150% coin boost. Really, though, this feels like damage control, and it doesn’t do a particularly good job of it either.
Bonuses Review
- No Deposit Bonus: 10 Gold Coins
- Promo Code: N/A
- First Purchase Bonus: Varies
- Daily Free Credits: Paywalled
- VIP Program: Yes
- Mail-In Bonus: 5 SC
- Referral Bonus: Yes
Once you’ve made your way through the new player incentives, A1-Casino also supplies bonuses for its existing players. Currently, the casino is able to offer players the following:
- A Daily Login bonus is offered, but this is paywalled.
- A tiered VIP Program that offers better rewards the higher you climb the ladder.
- A Referral bonus is offered, but I was unable to locate the exact details for prizes. All the casino states is that the referred person has to register using your link and make a deposit.
- A Mail-In bonus of 5 SC. This must be filled out in accordance with the rules laid out on the casino’s website. To A1-Casino’s credit, this Mail-In bonus is among the most generous I’ve encountered.
A1-Casino Bonus – Assessment & Verdict
4/10: The Mail-In bonus is very generous, but otherwise the selection is limited.
Our Feedback: If it weren’t for the generous Mail-In bonus, the score here would be even lower. There might as well not be any welcome bonus at all, as the GC reward is so small you can’t do anything with it.
Things don’t improve much from there. The Daily Login bonus is paywalled, so you are forced to spend money to unlock playable currency. For a casino where it’s supposed to be optional to spend money, this is unacceptable.
It’s also frustrating how little information A1 Casino provides about the Referral bonus and VIP program. They mention that these bonuses exist, but little beyond that.
The very poor bonus offering is just one of the reasons I don’t recommend playing at A1-Casino.
Pros
- Generous Mail-In bonus
- Decent first purchase bonuses
Cons
- Paywalled Daily Login bonus
- Extremely poor welcome bonus
A1-Casino Games Selection
A1-Casino’s games library isn’t something I’m used to seeing at a sweepstakes casino, and that goes for multiple reasons. It’s much more well-rounded than I’m used to, but even more interesting is the fact that Slots games are actually outnumbered by the other games here.
As I’ll cover later, this leads to the library offering multiple options to escape Slots, which is always welcome. I like Slots as much as anyone, but they can get stale after a while.
I also have to praise the fact that you can filter games by their Volatility rating, which is something I’m definitely not used to seeing.
That said, the library isn’t perfect. What annoyed me especially was the fact that you have to go back to the lobby every time you want to try a new type of game. This slowed my gaming experience down considerably, and I expect it will likewise irritate the players that A1-Casino is able to draw in.

Online Slots

Interestingly, although a good chunk of the 400+ games here are Slots, there aren’t as many as I’m used to seeing. Normally, Slots dominate the library at the expense of multiple other areas.
However, as there are multiple types of Slots games available, the casino should really work on its categorization. There may only be a handful of Megaways games, but they should have their own section.
This is especially true as the Hold & Win games have their own section. Clearly, they have the ability to do this, so I’m not sure why they haven’t got it sorted.
Interestingly, A1-Casino does provide something of a Volatility filter, allowing players to search for games that offer much bigger returns but much lower chances of actually winning.
Table Games

I was pleased to see multiple variants of Roulette and Blackjack available in the Table Games section. What’s more, the fact that French Roulette was made available was a pleasant surprise, as this has the lowest house edge of standard Roulette games.
Live Casino

Although the standard Table Games section is well-stocked, the Live Casino offering at A1-Casino is actually better in my opinion.
You’ll find Blackjack and Roulette as standard, but this section also offers Baccarat, Poker, and even Dice games.
Fish Games

Fish games are a popular feature of many sweeps casinos, so I was pleased to see them made available here. What’s more, this section is well-stocked, as there is easily enough here to keep you entertained for a good while.
Scratch Cards
One of the things A1-Casino absolutely gets right is its Scratch Cards selection. There were over 130 options when I reviewed the site, and the fact that the bulk of these come from reputable developer Hacksaw Gaming is encouraging, as this software provider is known for entertaining experiences.
Put simply, you’re spoilt for choice here.
Crash
The Crash games at A1-Casino are a mixed bag. Although they have a dedicated section, a number of these games are scattered across the site rather than being in one place.
Although tracking them down was annoying, I do have to say I thoroughly enjoyed playing them with Gold Coins. No two games were ever the same, which helped keep the excitement going for longer.
Other Games

Besides what I’ve covered here, A1-Casino’s other games include Poker, Video Poker, Bingo, and Keno.
There aren’t many options in this section, though, but this wasn’t surprising, as it seems that this section was made just to tie up loose ends.
A1-Casino Games – Assessment & Verdict
7/10: The games library is well-rounded, but it needs polishing in some areas.
Our Feedback: A1-Casino’s games library is well-stocked and well-rounded, which is a surprise as most new sweeps casinos offer a restricted games selection that is either exclusively or almost exclusively Slots.
The Table Games and Live Dealer games sections both deserve special praise in particular, as the casino has paid proper care to these sections. The Scratch Cards section was incredibly well-stocked as well, which is something that I’m really not used to seeing at all.
That said, I did end up getting the feeling that the effort that was applied to the Table Games and Live Dealer games sections may have something to do with their popularity among players. I looked at the Crash games section, and this was nowhere near populated properly, as its games were scattered over the website. I’d like to think this was a genuine oversight, but it’s still not a good look regardless.
Pros
- Well-stocked Live Casino
- Plenty of Instant Win games
- Entertaining Fish games
Cons
- No Jackpots
A1-Casino Banking
There’s no shortage of payment options at A1-Casino, with Credit Cards such as Visa and Mastercard, Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay, and Google Pay all available for depositing money.
That said, Bank Transfers are your only means of redeeming your SC, and you can only redeem up to $1,000 in one go. It’s also worth noting that players in Florida and New York are capped at redeeming $5,000 a week, although this is in line with the industry standard.
However, I would strongly advise you not to bother with any redemptions, as this casino simply isn’t worth the headache you’ll inevitably encounter.

A1-Casino Banking – Assessment & Verdict
6/10: Range of deposit methods.
Our Feedback: A good range of deposit methods doesn’t mean anything if the casino isn’t worth playing at, and that’s certainly the case here.
The banking process at A1-Casino is a headache waiting to happen, which isn’t surprising as it is just one of the many holes in this casino’s design.
The 100 SC minimum requirement may be standard, but it’s still a sizable hindrance. More worrying is the fact that you can only redeem up to 1,000 SC in one go, so even if you do decide to play at this website you may find yourself having to wait a while to get all your winnings.
Bank Transfers may be the only redemption option here, but I wouldn’t even go near redemptions with a barge pole.
Stay away. You’ve been warned.
Pros
- Range of payment methods available
Cons
- Low redemption limit
Is A1-Casino Legit?
I very much doubt it, to be honest.
I get that it’s new, but I wasn’t able to find anything on its parent company besides a name. Needless to say, this doesn’t inspire confidence in the slightest. The casino is trying to make a name for itself on social media, but I can’t shake the concerns about the lack of owner information.
However, I do have to credit the casino’s commitment to website security, as it uses enhanced RSA encryption software that’s extremely hard to break.

Responsible Social Gameplay

A1-Casino has a fleshed-out Responsible Gambling page that offers both advice and practical Responsible Gambling tools.
In addition to guidance on safe gambling, players can find deposit limits to keep their spending in check, as well as proper self-exclusion, with options to lock themselves out for six months, a year, and even permanently.
On top of this, the casino also provides access to the GamCare Self-Assessment test for players who feel they may be on the verge of developing problematic behaviors, as well as direct links to both GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous for players who are in need of serious help.
A1-Casino might not get many things right, but its commitment to Responsible Gambling is clear.
A1-Casino Trust & Safety – Assessment & Verdict
5/10: A1-Casino takes Responsible Gambling seriously, but the absence of parent company information is worrying.
Our Feedback: A1-Casino does some things right as far as safety is concerned. The website’s RSA encryption is secure enough to protect players’ financial and personal information, and the Responsible Gambling tools are certainly impressive in their own right.
However, while I have to give the casino some praise, I wouldn’t trust them with my information. I have no clue if the parent company is legitimate, or even if A1-Casino is being honest about who actually owns them. Still, I can’t say I fully trust the platform.
There may be only 12 reviews on Trustpilot, but the opening signs are really not good. The reviews are split between 1 star and 5 stars, with the former making up a staggering 83% of the reviews here.
Stay away. It’s not worth the risk.
Pros
- Solid Responsible Gambling tools
- Secure website
Cons
- Couldn’t find company information
A1-Casino Customer Support
A1-Casino’s customer support options are bare bones, as email and Live Chat are your only options. At the time of writing, there’s not even a FAQ page available, which isn’t a good sign as it makes life more difficult for newcomers.
On the brighter side, you can get a response within 10 minutes with the Live Chat, although this could just be because the website doesn’t actually have that many players.
In short, customer support is another area where A1-Casino performs woefully.

A1-Casino Customer Support – Assessment & Verdict
4/10: The contact options are very basic, but you can get a reply quickly with Live Chat
Our Feedback: To its credit, A1-Casino offers Live Chat support, and you can expect a quick reply. It’s not instant, but it’s much faster than some other sweeps casinos I’ve tested. I also have to give credit for the Live Chat saving itself, which provides a point of reference in future should you need it.
However, that’s about as good as it gets. The support agent danced around my questions, and it made me consider if they were brand new, or just didn’t know what they were talking about. Either way, it’s not a good look at all.
There’s also no FAQ section, so if you’re confused about something you have no choice but to contact the support team. So you can’t solve any common issues yourself, and you’re stuck with a team that doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. Brilliant.
Pros
- Chat saves
- Live Chat support
Cons
- No FAQ page
- Poor support agents
A1-Casino UX

No mobile app, a woeful layout, and a design that is an assault on your eyes.
The user experience at A1-Casino is anything but A1. It’s horrendous. The more I used the website, the worse it got.
The horrendous colors were bad enough, but the website is frankly broken. It took me far longer than it should have to find the scroll bar, which made getting around an irritating experience from the start.
As well as difficulty finding the scroll bar, you have to restart your gaming experience from scratch if you want to try another gaming category. This makes everything feel incredibly clunky.
The layout itself also makes no sense. For some reason, the left-side menu has plenty of categories, but these aren’t available in the menu that is displayed at the top of the screen. I have no clue what the website design team are doing, and by the looks of things I don’t think they do either.
If the website is a pain to use, people simply won’t use it. You’d think this would be obvious, but A1-Casino clearly didn’t get the memo.

A1-Casino UI – Assessment & Verdict
2/10: The website is broken.
Our Feedback: Apart from decent filters, there’s really nothing about A1-Casino that I find even remotely enjoyable. Using the site is frankly painful.
Between the camouflaged scroll bar, awful color scheme, disjointed layout, and making getting around as cumbersome as possible, it took a lot of effort for me to put up with the website long enough to complete this review.
I highly doubt players will treat this website with anywhere near the same level of patience.
Pros
- Decent filters
Cons
- Website is a mess
A1-Casino Sister Sites
A1-Casino does not currently have any sister online casinos at the time of writing.
Our Verdict
Avoid A1-Casino and go almost anywhere else. There is simply too much here that needs fixing, and to be honest I would be surprised if A1-Casino manages to survive in an increasingly crowded market.
Right from the start, the casino insults you with a pathetic welcome bonus. It doesn’t get much better from there either, as the Daily Login bonus is paywalled, and there’s next to nothing for existing customers besides a Mail-In bonus that takes ages to actually clear and a VIP Program that I doubt anyone will stick around long enough to benefit from.
The customer support options are lacking both in quantity and quality, to the point where I don’t have any trust in the team’s ability to do their jobs. And the less said about the utter state of the website, the better.
The games on offer were fun to play, but this doesn’t mean anything if you can’t attract new customers or keep what few customers you already have.
