SpinPals Review 2025
SpinPals is one of the newer sweepstakes casinos on the block at the time of writing, having only been launched near the end of 2024. And with the sweeps casino market becoming increasingly crowded, I’m always interested to see how newcomers stack up against their more established counterparts.
The amount of casino games isn’t the biggest at over 300, and most of that is Slots. However, the library still stood out in a positive light for me thanks to the array of Live Dealer titles on offer, which is something that is missing from a large number of other online sweeps casinos. So despite the heavy favoring of Slots, this library is a lot more balanced than others I have encountered.
The bonuses on offer also go a long way in helping SpinPals make a good first impression, particularly the welcome bonus which offers all new players 30,000 GC and 3 SC.
I will go into detail to cover SpinPals properly, so read my full review if you’re looking to see if this is the right online casino for you.
Pros
- Major iGaming developers
- Generous welcome bonus
- Mobile-optimized casino
- Live Dealer games
- Live Chat available
Cons
- Limited banking options
- Games library is quite small
- High minimum redemption requirements
Editor’s Note
I was pleased to see that SpinPals hosts a raft of recognizable game providers that are well-known for their fair and top-quality titles.
Despite the size of the library, there is still more than enough here to enjoy, and you will certainly need to make full use of the welcome bonus and Daily Login bonuses to explore the library in its entirety.
Overall, while my SpinPals experience was mostly positive, I would like to see a few improvements, most notably to the games offering and payment options. However, I can’t be too harsh as this is a new casino, so it’s unrealistic to expect perfection at this point.
Legal States
SpinPals is available in most US states, with only 8 US states prohibited plus Quebec in Canada. The casino is only restricted in Alabama, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada and Washington.
All players must be at least 18 to use the casino website, but this is fairly standard.
How SpinPals Works
SpinPals operates using the standard sweepstakes model of dual currency payments, allowing players to enjoy its titles using free Gold Coins (GC) and premium Sweeps Coins (SC).
As always, the key difference between the two is that GC have no monetary value and are just used for fun, whereas SC can be redeemed for Cash Prizes. As a result, both GC and SC can be acquired through bonuses and promotions, but only GC can be bought outright. That said, SpinPals does offer players bonus SC on top of their GC packs, but purchasing GC is still completely optional.
All SC must be wagered at least once before they become redeemable, but this is in line with the industry standard.
SpinPals Bonuses
SpinPals wants all its players to have fun right from the start. To this end, they provide all new players with a welcome bonus of 30,000 GC and 3 SC. There are also a variety of no deposit bonuses available, including two Daily Login bonuses that provide free GC and SC.
As I mentioned before, purchasing GC is completely optional, although SpinPals does its best to tempt you with a first purchase bonus of 2,300,000 GC + 23 SC for $20.
Bonuses Review
- No Deposit Bonus: 30,000 GC + 3 SC
- Promo Code: N/A
- First Purchase Bonus: 2,300,000 GC + 23 SC
- Daily Free Credits: Up to 3.1 SC weekly + Daily Wheel
- VIP Program: N/A
- Mail-In Bonus: 3 SC
- Referral Bonus: 100,000 GC + 10 SC
There are a number of casino bonuses on offer to players beyond the welcome bonus I’ve already touched upon. These include:
- A Daily Login bonus which climbs every day up until 7 days in a row, when the counter resets. While there are no GC available here, this allows players to get up to 3.1 SC for free each week.
- A Daily Wheel bonus gives players the chance to win both GC and SC, although how much you win comes down to how lucky you are.
- A Referral bonus of 100,000 GC + 10 SC when the referred individual spends at least $10 on coin packs.
- Coin pack promotions are regularly pushed on social media as well as via email. This reduces the chances of players missing a time-limited offer.
- Ongoing social media promotions with various prizes at stake.
- A Mail-In bonus of 3 SC. This must be filled out in accordance with the casino’s rules, which can be found on the website.
SpinPals Bonus – Assessment & Verdict
8/10: Bonuses are a great way to get free coins, but the casino is missing a VIP program.
Our Feedback: While SpinPals’s bonus offering is very good as it is, it still needs some tweaks to make it really stand out above its competitors. The most glaring example of this is the Referral bonus, which quite frankly I don’t believe is anywhere near generous enough to compensate you for the work you’re doing on the casino’s behalf. The other area is the lack of a VIP Program, as this would really give players an incentive to stick with the website rather than migrate to its competitors, which are growing in number.
However, overall the wide array of bonuses is incredibly good, as there are numerous ways to get your hands on both free GC and SC. I’m especially a fan of the two Daily Login bonuses, as this allows the casino to offer guaranteed prizes while also offering the anticipation of sizable wins.
Pros
- 2 Daily Login bonuses
- Social media promotions
Cons
- No VIP Program
- Referral program should offer more SC
SpinPals Games Selection
SpinPals might have a small casino games library of over 300 titles, but it still does enough to pack quite a punch. This includes 12 Live Dealer games and 250 Slots, plus Table Games, Card Games and Scratch Cards. What’s more, these come from notable powerhouses in the iGaming industry including Habanero, Hacksaw Gaming and BGaming.
Some of these providers cater to certain areas of the library more than the others, such as ICONIC21 which powers the Live titles. Regardless of what you prefer, however, you should have no problems finding games that provide an enjoyable experience.

Online Slots
Naturally, Online Slots make up the bulk of the library at SpinPals with over 250 titles represented. This includes several special features such as Hold & Win and Megaways. The RTP rates of the Slots sit between 94% and 96.5%, which is in line with the industry average.
Although picking my favorite is challenging, I would have to settle with choosing Duel at Dawn, Snoop Dogg Dollars and Power of Rome. There are many other great Slots available though, so don’t feel obligated to limit yourself to these three choices.
Live Casino
While most of the library is Slots, SpinPals also caters to customers who prefer a more immersive experience with a decent selection of Live Casino games. The main Card Games here are Blackjack and Baccarat, while other Table Games include Roulette and Dice variants.
Unfortunately there are no Poker games available yet, but the offering here is still very good overall.
Alternative Games
SpinPals caters to players who prefer a much faster iGaming experience with a variety of Instant Win titles in the form of Scratch Cards. There are also a number of alternative titles to choose from including Plinko, Mines and Coins.
SpinPals Games – Assessment & Verdict
7/10: The games library is decent for its size but is nothing special.
Our Feedback: SpinPals’s library does its best to balance quantity and quality. While some major developers like Pragmatic Play aren’t available, there are still a variety of excellent alternatives such as Habanero and 3 Oaks Gaming.
As good as the library is, however, its overall score is let down by its small size. It needs to offer a more balanced variety rather than heavily leaning on Slots. As well as this, I would ideally like to see the library grow to at least 500 titles, with the likes of Pragmatic Play and Relax Gaming becoming present on the website.
Pros
- Wide range of Slots
- Number of major iGaming developers
Cons
- Small games library
- Lack of Poker games
SpinPals Banking
It has to be said, the banking process at SpinPals is a bit of a let down, which I suspect has largely to do with the newness of the casino. The payment options are missing an e-wallet like Skrill or PayPal, which would have gone a long way to helping speed up the redemption process. As it stands, players have to rely on staple methods like Mastercard, Visa and Bank Transfers, although Apple Pay and American Express are also present.
Despite these drawbacks, the actual payment process works fine. It’s easy to locate the coin store and purchase coin bundles, and the website employs standard encryption software to protect your data. However, as I’ll cover later, redemptions are a whole different story.

While the payment side of banking may work reasonably well, I was hugely disappointed when I tried to redeem my SC.
The 100 SC minimum requirement was a major pain, as I feel like it makes the casino much more inaccessible due to the time it takes to reach that threshold. This is particularly the case given that bonus SC often come with a time limit, so it feels as though the casino is pressuring you to play at a faster rate than you may have intended.
What makes this worse is the $500 daily redemption cap. While this might not seem that bad, the problem lies in the T&Cs. The casino itself states that players can withdraw up to $10,000 a day, or $5,000 if they live in Florida or New York. While this is confusing enough, there is another clause in the T&Cs which states that SpinPals can limit weekly redemptions to $1,000!
This creates a lack of transparency, and I’m very annoyed at the casino for giving me a completely unnecessary headache. They need to either remove the cap or change the T&Cs, because at the moment the situation is simply unacceptable. Needless to say, I’ve docked them heavily for this.

SpinPals Banking – Assessment & Verdict
6/10: The payment process is OK, but the redemptions process is shocking.
Our Feedback: While making real money purchases is optional, SpinPals does offer decent incentives in the form of SC bonuses tagged on to GC packs. There are also a decent number of payment options available, and the deposit speed is very fast.
However, the redemption process is an absolute nightmare. Requiring 100 redeemable SC is simply ridiculous, especially given the fact that SC often have a time limit on them. The T&Cs are also completely at odds with reality, and they caused me a massive and completely unnecessary headache. I suspect this was also the case for many other players as well. A four point deduction may seem harsh, but believe me I’m being very, very kind here.
Pros
- Easy deposits
- Good value GC packs
- Bonus SCs on all GC packs
Cons
- No e-wallets
- High redemption requirement
- Confusing T&Cs
Is SpinPals Legit?
Legitimacy is one of the main things I look for when reviewing a casino. Fortunately, it’s pretty easy to tell whether or not a sweepstakes casino is an honest player, and SpinPals certainly is.
SpinPals takes KYC requirements very seriously to ensure it remains in compliance with the laws of the states it operates in. This includes geofencing to ensure players from restricted states can’t access the website, even if they use a VPN.
The presence of major developers on the site is also a good indicator of trustworthiness, as their games are independently audited to ensure fairness.

Responsible Social Gameplay
SpinPals has a number of Responsible Gambling tools in place to protect its players, which is always good to see. These include a One Account per Person rule, which may sound simple but goes a long way to helping prevent problematic behavior. I also like the fact that I can see a complete tracker of my transactions, play time and gaming habits.
Yet, I don’t like the fact that you can’t impose playing and spending limits by yourself. You need to reach out to the customer service team by Live Chat to get them to do this for you, which takes a significant amount of empowerment away from you as the player.
SpinPals Trust & Safety – Assessment & Verdict
9/10: SpinPals has strong KYC checks and Responsible Gambling tools in place.
Our Feedback: Put simply, SpinPals scores very well here, as it takes both players’ trust and safety very seriously. This is evidenced by the range of Responsible Gambling tools, stringent KYC checks and website encryption software to protect personal data.
The only thing preventing me from giving a perfect score here is the fact that you can’t set spending or play time limits yourself. This is an easy fix, however, so I really hope this changes in future.
Pros
- Stringent KYC check
- Can check gameplay history
- Can check transaction history
Cons
- Can’t set limits on spending or play time by yourself
SpinPals Customer Support
I have to say, I was very impressed with SpinPals’s customer support offering. The Live Chat is easy to use and cuts down on the time that players may have spent waiting if it didn’t exist. This fairly quick response time is no doubt helped by the fact that the Live Chat records your conversation before you get transferred to the next available representative.
Besides this, you can choose from a range of FAQ before you submit your question to the team. I found this particular feature very helpful as many of the questions I had had already been asked and answered. While I still had to contact the customer service team as part of my testing process, I had a lot fewer questions when I did so.
Although I can see that the lack of email support may be off-putting to some, the presence of Live Chat and the list of FAQ means that this feature is not necessary with SpinPals.

SpinPals Customer Support – Assessment & Verdict
9/10: Customer support was incredibly helpful.
Our Feedback: I am pleased to say that I had no problems with the customer service offering at SpinPals. It is available to both registered and non-registered players, and the support team is also very knowledgeable and helpful. You do get preferential treatment in terms of waiting times if you have a registered account, but this is common sense to me.
While I believe that the FAQ section could do with a few tweaks, and that the lack of email support may be off-putting to some, these minor drawbacks are not enough to detract from the casino’s excellent customer service rating.
Pros
- Helpful customer service team
- Live Chat
- Fairly quick response time
Cons
- FAQ section needs improvement
- No email support
SpinPals UX
Signing up at SpinPals is very easy, although you cannot access the casino without verifying your phone number. This is standard KYC practice though, so it’s no big deal.
Getting around the casino is easy as all the games are readily available, and you can easily filter titles according to your tastes. What’s more, this ease of access applies across both mobile and computer devices, so the casino is well suited for gaming on the go.
While the UX at SpinPals is largely very good, however, I was disappointed to see that the Slots offering has no specific categories. If anywhere on the website deserves categories, it would make sense to apply them to the Slots section, given that they make up the bulk of the library.

SpinPals UI – Assessment & Verdict
7/10: Easy to get around the website, but categorization needs improvement.
Our Feedback: Despite being a mobile-optimized casino, I feel the lack of an app lets the SpinPal’s score down here. Yes, many sweeps casinos don’t have a mobile app, but it is nice to see websites where this isn’t the case.
I’d also like to see the library categorized properly, as this would make scrolling through the Slots in particular much easier. Finally I would also like to see individual game information such as RTP rates, volatility levels and maximum possible wins made more readily available to the player. While you can find this by clicking on each game, the user experience would be much more streamlined if this information was made available from the outset.
The casino website is easy to use and there is a lot to like, but it is still a few tweaks away from a much higher score.
Pros
- Easy to get around
- Responsive website
- Mobile-optimized
Cons
- No mobile app
- Categorization needs work
- Game info is missing
SpinPals Sister Sites
SpinPals may have a partnership with social sports betting site ParlayPlay at the time of writing, but it does not have any actual sister sites in its portfolio. This is because ParlayPlay is run by ParlayPlay Fantasy Sports LLC, which is completely different to SpinPals LLC.
Our Verdict
Although it only opened at the end of 2024, I have spent enough time testing all aspects of SpinPals to give it a fair review.
The games library may not be the biggest, but its 300+ titles still offers a decent enough range to cater to most players’ needs. I was especially impressed to see Live Casino offerings at SpinPals, as this is an area where a lot of sweeps casinos fall short.
That said, there are some areas that I feel need working on. I can’t be too critical of the relatively small library given the casino’s newness, but I would like to see the banking process made more accessible. In particular, an e-wallet, clear-cut T&Cs and lower redemption requirements would be great places to start.
Overall, however, I have to say that for a new sweeps casino, SpinPals is hitting a lot of the right notes. Granted, it still has work to do but it has largely got off to a bright start.
