Lucky Hands’s customer support offering is a bit of a mixed bag. We were happy to see that Live Chat is available to all players who have a registered account, rather than being locked behind a paywall. As well as this, the customer service team responded to our queries within a matter of minutes.

On the other hand, the email support took several hours to get back to us after we contacted them. An FAQ section does exist, but for some reason it is filed under the Live Chat option which can be a bit confusing.
