MetaWin Boss Offers Free Bugatti Chiron For Info on Hacker
MetaWin boss Skel has put his Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport up for grabs if any tech bounty hunter can find the hacker who rode off with $4.5 million in player and company funds.
A recent breach through an exploit in a new game gave the hacker access to $4.5 million in ETH and SOL from MetaWin crypto wallets. The owners faced the issue head-on, and after removing the exploited game, they investigated the breach with the help of a new chief technical officer, and cybersecurity firms and law firms in the UK. It was a two-pronged assault: recover the lost funds and make sure this couldn’t happen again.

Authorities Won’t Help Crypto?
The online casino that is consistently at the head of our best crypto gambling sites lists also tried to engage the UK’s National Crime Agency. That didn’t go well.
“I feel like because its crypto, the investigating authorities don’t treat it as serious as if it was a high street bank,” he said on X. If, for example, a $4.5m bank heist went down, it would be on national news, and police would be on the scene in minutes. The Vegas casinos got hacked last year, and we have all heard about it. But Crypto? It’s like it never happened, or it’s in some way okay because it’s crypto. It’s definitely not okay! These guys need a long custodial sentence to deter further hacks.”
Give a Name, Get a Bugatti
Now, Skel is going looking for the hacker, and he’s offering up the $4.5 million Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport as an incentive. Anybody who can give him the name that leads to prosecution will get the car that he only bought last week.
“What truly matters to me is seeing this hacker de-anonymized, arrested, and made to face the consequences of their actions. If they are arrested and subsequently funds are recovered, I’m prepared to reward whoever makes it happen (legally) with the keys to my Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport,” he said.
“To make things even more flexible for the bounty winner, I can tokenize ownership of the car. If the new owner would prefer not to take physical delivery, they can trade or sell the tokenized title instead. This way, the car becomes a liquid asset and provides even more options for the person who helps bring this hacker to justice. You’ve seen MetaWin do this on the CyberTruck competition. We’ll use a similar smart contract and legal advisory firm on the Bugatti.”
So, now anybody who knows the hacker personally has at least $4.5 million reasons to come forward and drop the name. It’s a small community, so this story might be about to heat up.
Limited Edition Chiron is 1 of 60
The car in question is a Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, one of only 60 units. It’s a pretty stunning example of arguably the finest hypercar in history, with a black and red finish. It’s a real incentive, in other words.
He added: “If you can de-anonymize the hacker and provide actionable evidence that leads to an arrest, charges and subsequent recovery of the stolen funds, please come forward and email those details to [email protected]”.
